I still haven’t received a refund, no one has replied to a single email I have sent to date, even when the product arrived 10 days after it was “dispatched” on a 48hr postage. It missed arriving for my wedding and I am still yet to have any refund.

Order a straw boater bride hat
Order a straw boater bride hat. Came in a couple of days after the order was placed. Really pleased with it as the quality is really good. Now it has been used will remove the pearl bride and ribbon with plain ribbon so that it can be used again.
