I never write reviews but I'm so frustrated by Kelly the "customer service" contact. My product didnt heat up so I asked for replacement or refund. Kelly will just tell you to be patient, do nothing, then send you back to where you started, asking for photos and videos.
I wish I had read the reviews before I paid my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GLAMRY THEY ARE THIEVES. KELLY IS A LIAR AND A THIEF.
Do not purchase from this company. They (Kelly is customer services) lie and do not honour the promises made on their website. They say their products are ready to ship but they are not(I ordered a toiletries bag it arrived too late and was never ready to ship they made up all sorts of excuses). They say they offer refunds but I still don’t have a refund for the product despite many emails from me to customer support and lots of holding replies but no refund. Their products are also cheap and tacky looking zero quality. Zero service and basically thieves. MARIA

zero customer service
So you order from a co.uk address but when i have looked into them they are in Spain. The contact number is a mobile and diverts instantly to a mailbox. They dont respond to emails at all. If you order and it goes smoothly who knows but if you need any type of support avoid at all costs
