Glasgow West Rainbow Restoration Reviews 

Following storm damage and subsequent extended repairs at my mums property Rainbow were appointed by the insurance company to undertake removals and storage works. Rainbows team were 1st class after so many other trades had wreaked havoc on the job causing the issues. They communicated well advised, how and what they would do for the storage and contents removal. Items were well packaged and stored safely until return. All items have been returned after months in storage. Follow up from company on some items to reposition with the house as well.

Although I cannot comment on price/value for money as this was insurers appointed work the team have been excellent and really helped in what was a testing and difficult situation for my elderly Mum.

A large "bubble" appeared on my kitchen ceiling, which is directly below our upstairs toilet. We obviously suspected a water leak, but could not find the leak or any source of water leakage?
Contacted Rainbow Restoration, who with the help of Jennifer, organised a Trace and Access, "Intrusive Leak Detection" survey.
The technicians who attended and carried out the survey, were Bernie and Owen, who were friendly and courteous and took the time to explain (almost step by step) what process they were following and the various options available.
They turned up within the stated times, performed the survey and left our kitchen and toilet cleaner than when they started.
I cannot speak highly enough of Bernie and Owen, really top professionals and a great credit to Rainbow Restoration.

Bernard from Rainbow Restoration was excellent. He visited my property yesterday to trace a water leak. He arrived on time, he was very professional, explained clearly what he was going to do, gave me regular updates on what he was doing and once he found the fault explained to me what was happening. He had to expose parts of a ceiling and a wall. Before he did so he put dust sheets down and removed all waste once he had finished. Before te left he advised me what the next stages would be. Delighted with the service that Rainbow Restoration and Brendan provided.

Everyone was polite, courteous, informative, and did a brilliant job.
We were given advice and guidance as to what was going to happen, when, and why, with a regular check in from their head office to make sure that we were kept in the loop and satisfied with the way things were proceeding. I can't rate this company highly enough!
