Glasgow Holistic Massage based in The Angel Building, Charing Cross and F45 Glasgow West End, 14 Vinicombe Street off Byres Road providing Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy and on-site acupressure chair massage. Working on-site with corporate clients including Morgan Stanley and Barclays Glasgow. I started out on my massage journey backstage at the Download music festival when I experienced reflexology for the first time and realised how in-tune and responsive my body was to this modality. On training for my first marathon twenty years ago, running too far too soon, not stretching enough and other newbie mistakes I learnt lots about my own body mechanics and the power of taking personal responsibility for my own wellness with the help of professionals like physios, podiatrists and running trainers. The idea of training to become a massage therapist was born. I was working for an advertising agency in London and living in the thick of things in Shoreditch when I began studying toward an ITECT anatomy and physiology qualification with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine. On relocating to Scotland I didn’t pursue massage until after my eldest was born. I’ve since trained in Swedish, Acupressure chair massage, Pregnancy, Thai foot massage and Sports massage.

Wonderful relaxing Swedish Massage

Anny communicated very clearly before the appointment. I was using vouchers gifted to me. The salon was bright but private. Anny had lovely linen sheets on the couch, she used mango seed butter, almond oil and several essential oils. She used several different strokes and techniques within a Swedish massage. It was most relaxing while tackling my tension and knots in the neck and shoulders. I was thoroughly looked after and at ease. Anny is very knowledgeable and always adding to her knowledge base, eg she has recently become qualified to do Oncology massage. She sources her materials and oils carefully. What a treat. I look forward to returning.
