Glass Plaque Reviews 

This is f-ing scam. I have not recieved my package after 3 WEEKS! They won’t answer my chat messages. The people who gave glass plaque 4-5 stars, are bots! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE! It says that it’s on it’s way, but it have been for 3 weeks now. I thought i was going to give my best friend a nice gift, but guess not.

Very happy! The product is great and the team has been on top despite some communication problems at times.

I did not receive my package, they not answer my chat. I sent 3 emails ,I sent 4 text to live chat(looks like its dead chat).

I ordered my stuff on Dec 4th and after some many emails I finally got it on Jan 5 2021
Live chat is not working as it should be. It clearly says that they will reply with 24 hours but I still did not get any reply after 72 hours.

I just purchased a custom “glass” plaque after seeing all the stunning Instagram ads for these. Needless to say, it does not live up to the hype of the ads or the images on the website. The image I chose was applied off centre and the image looks streaky, like whatever printer they were using was running low on ink. And while they state on their website the plaques are “acrylic glass” I find the company name misleading. Acrylic glass is not glass, it’s plastic—it’s not thick, weighted plastic either. It’s thin (like 1/4 inch) so it doesn’t feel luxurious or high quality like I was expecting. This will be a stark reminder to me to order from local Etsy sellers next time instead of through an Instagram ad. They do have relatively quick shipping and shipping was free so that was a plus at least.

Your plaques arent glass and you shouldnt mislead people saying they are glass. They are cheap Acrylic perspex and it arrived with scratches in it anyway.

Product was delivered very quickly, and they try to make you as happy as you can be. Good quality too.

The shop is literally called “glass” plaque, so you would expect a glass plaque. But no, it’s made from plastic and feels very low quality. Upon arrival it had multiple scratches on it. The picture printed on it is very stripy and low quality. They make it seem like it is handmade in Haarlem, I will pay to support a small business that does there own work, however they don’t. Mine was made in and shipped from Turkey. The plaque also did not come with a stand or even a “thank you” note. The “limited 40% off” is also literally always so don’t be fooled. Overall, it was not what I had expected, low quality and not worth the price. Please save your money and buy from an actual small business who needs supports. The only positive is their quick response to emails...
