I have been waiting on order off this thief over 1 month, has stop replying to my emails also, how is a seller like this allowed to continue doing this, worst seller I have ever came across and by the looks of it there is a long long queue of unsatisfied customers on every forum and every site that ijinteriors is mentioned, this low life seller needs to be stopped

Ordered a bed after seeing the Wowcher advert. Firstly I was contacted and informed the one I requested was out of stock.
When my alternative bed base arrived I was sent two different colours.
The replacement arrived and was cut along the top and the material was ripped on the side. Do not for a second believe the RRP displayed. These bed bases are poorly made, glued together and badly fitting.

I decided to repair mine and was offered a £15 refund. That was three weeks ago. I am about to call for the fifth time. Each time the sales team apologises, informs me it is with the accounts department and the money will be in my bank within 24 hours.

Sooo... I was one them people who ordered on wowcher and then only after read all the crazy reviews, if you ordered don't worry about it I don't understand why they have so much hate.

With my experience I love my new bed its exactly what I wanted. The only issue I came across was when you make the order (remember I did off wowcher) they send you an estimated delivery time and then you later get 3 notifications of updates. now the date I got from them I didn't receive on the day which I got worried about and on top of reading these bad reviews. So I waited a day and when I didn't get anything I quickly emailed customer services who got back to me as soon as they informed me that wowcher don't really take in consideration that they are made up from order' which means basically they make the beds and then send out to you when you don't have a common size order, they also informed that they were sending it out on the following working day which was the Tuesday as bank holiday Monday and it arrived when they said. she also informed me that she has ask the driver to call me 15 mins before he arrives and he did, he was a lovely man helped take it into the house.

My bed its great quality I got the velvet champagne colour bed with headboard and mattress! for £129!

Im very happy, wouldn't give 5 as I feel like if they reply to the reviews they would make others not have the anxiety when waiting for a bed that may not arrive.

Ordered a king size bed and mattress from these guys through Wowcher and was terrified after reading all the negative reviews. I was convinced that if it ever did turn up it would be all wrong.
Safe to say I received nothing but great service. I picked a delivery date, received calls to confirm and update me. When it was delivered everything was there and in all the right sizes. The delivery driver wasn't the most friendly person in the world but he brought everything in and up to the bedroom so I didn't have to carry it. The bed was so easy to put together with clear instructions.
Honestly I couldn't be happier. Perhaps I was lucky but I would certainly recomend these guys to anyone looking for quality furniture!

Ordered a bed from these guys through Ebay, all seemed good, great price and good communication as far as dispatch.
Problems? yes.. they arrived at 06.30am on a saturday morning to deliver.. (correct day, but thats incredibly early..)
2nd problem? its a big one.. the bed doesn't match the image in the listing, and they refuse to acknowledge this and are claiming at every stage that the bed we received is the correct bed?? Its quite simple.. its not the same bed, its different to the one we ordered.. honest advice? be careful.. probably best to avoid and pay a bit extra to go to a trusted provider.

I bought a rattan furniture set off Wowcher for £129.99 .. then I looked at the reviews and thought jeez what have I done here .. waited for abit anyway and it turned up, box abit damaged but so what, instructions weren’t very clear but it’s not exactly rocket science to put a bit of plastic furniture together, all in all I had a good experience, so don’t always listen to others..

Not a problem, I was a bit reluctant at first after reading so many negative reviews, ordered glass marble dinning table cost less then anywhere else, rang me day before delivery all went as expected quality table exactly same one I saw in showroom elsewhere for lot more.

Ordered rattan garden furniture set on eBay off ijinteriors.
Nominated a delivery date fine.
Receive text on Friday morning to say it will arrive between 10am - 5pm on Saturday.
Shortly into the afternoon receive a eBay message off the seller -

‘In regards to the recent order you placed with us; We have received notification and unfortunately won't be able to deliver on the date you selected due to a manufacturing defect with the item.

However we can offer the same set in brown. Please email or call to arrange this.’

What absolute CR*P.
They never had the black sets in stock and instead try and fob you off with brown.
This company should not be allowed a licence to sell.
Absolute disgrace lying to customers texting them saying their delivery has been dispatched when in fact it hasn’t.

Called the number listed 0121 568 4946. Spoke to ‘Marvin’ who was apparently the manager. Although the message via email straight away was from ‘Abaz’, so I’m guessing them make up names too.

Marvin advises there was a defect with the item and I would need to wait 2 weeks. I asked Marvin what was he going to compensate me for this, baring in mind I took a day off work to wait in alongside making plans for that same day with friends involving the patio set. He advised there was nothing he could do, which later turned into £15 reduction followed by 10%.
I asked for 20% which I think is fair taking into consideration the mitigating circumstances to which ‘Marvin the manager’ advised he could not do.
I asked for a full refund there and then.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... or any managed by their director. Absolute SHAM and waste of time.

Very dodgy, promoted by Wowcher regularly, and going under the guise of a number of other names/urls. This has been going on for YEARS and I have complained about an order I never received.

LOOK at the reviews. Wowcher really needs to stop promoting this company. Also, know as Furniture Italia and look4design.co.uk.

My bed arrived on time and the delivery driver was lovely and really helpful.
Unfortunately I had been sent ( and charged ) two beds and two mattresses. This mistake was accepted by the company when the driver phoned but since that time, despite four emails being sent to them, I have not had a response or, more importantly, a refund for the second bed!!!

So let’s be honest theese reviews scared the hell out of me !!!! So I just ordered a bed with memory foam mattress and headboard too be delivered 1st March (today) and I know for £200 from wowcher for bed and mattress it’s not gonna be 5star quality I just needed somthing which is gonna look nice and comfortable too sleep in. So 1 the delivery process I was most nervous about everyone saying how the delivery driver DOSENT deliver on time the delivery driver is rude the package arrives broken or items missing... totally diffent experience for me so a day before the expected delivery date I received a text letting me know it will be delivered tomorrow from 11-5 the next day I received a call from the delivery driver him self letting me know he was 10 minutes away from delivering our item and if we was at the address which was lovley he helped us move the bed into our lorry aswell. So 5 star on delivery service right there! Now the item it’s self there is reviews how the mattress is awful uncomfortable too sleep on arrives rolled up?! The mattress we received is lovley it’s comfortable! The bed frame is a little cheaply made but it’s like I said for £200 what are you really expecting? The headboard it’s self you do have too make your own holes too fit it but there marked on the bed where too make the holes. The bed comes with wheels and little clips you fit the base together with which we must admit it was a little stressful trying too clip them but we eventually did it no instructions came but it’s not like it takes a rocket scientist too work it out. So overall good company and great customer experience from the delivery driver! And for all those who are saying it’s the company writting the reviews you can personally message me and I prove that I am just a happy customer for those who are writing all theese bad reviews maybe you just need too realise your paying a very affordable amount of money for a product which is good so if you want your 5 star furnishings I suggest you pay 5 star prices

Made the mistake of looking at the reviews after I purchased a bed from Wowcher. Read some horror stories about the beds and the delivery. Never had an issue to be honest, a couple of days after the order I had an email to select my delivery date, which I did. Said it would be here between 9 and 3 and it turned up at 9:30 delivery guy was fine, just doesn't speak much English, so probably why people have perceived him as rude. Don't get me wrong the bed isn't the best quality, but it looks nice and all the supports are adequate and not likely to bend. Easy to assemble with everything fitting. Looking at the other reviews it seems I've been lucky

I purchased 2 double memory foam mattresses on eBay at £55 per mattress. As soon as I purchased the mattresses I checked the reviews and thought ‘oh no what have I done’. However both mattresses delivered in the agreed timescale. Excellent communication from driver as my house is not easy to find and he was very polite. Opened up the mattresses and I was delighted with the product didn’t expect much for £55 each and they exceeded my expectation. They are not 6” mattresses they are about 5” but they are adequate for my kids beds and they are supportive and comfortable. Having said that they are only worth what I paid for them. If I had paid the normal full price I may have been disappointed

I have just bought one of their modern talian beds and decides to pay the extra for a better mattress so i xhose the 20 cm spring memory foam one and to my horror when i recieved it its just a spring mattress covered with thin fabric, you can actually see every spring in there i have left loads of messages and im still waiting a response. I cant use the mattress as i am dissabled ive had to go to my sisters as i cant use the bed however she doesnt have a stairlift so i am confined to her dining room. There is no telephone number so i cant even speak to them. I am extremely upset and frustrated. If anyone has a telephone number for them i would appreciate anyones help

Furniture Italia or Glassdinintable is a worst company to deal with.
I have ordered mattress and that supposed to be delivered on the 3rd Jan, did not arrived. Someone called from the company and informed me that there was an issue so promised to deliver today (10th Jan) between 7am-12pm. Around 11:30am, I have received a call again and told me that they have some issues and asked me wait for another week. Since I already wasted 2 days, I have asked to deliver the item on weekend. They ridiculously refused to deliver and did not offer any compensation. I have to cancel the item unfortunately! Useless company and this should not operate with this poor service!

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!!
I bought a bed from them through Wowcher.
The bed arrived and was left in my hallway. I had to pay a local handyman £35 to take the bed upstairs, disassemble and remove the old bed and assemble the new.
The bed was so cheaply made that 2 drawer doors fell off when opening them plus one of the wheels fell through the bed frame.
I emailed them complaining but they never replied to my emails.
I phoned and asked to speak to their complaints departmenta (to which they answered, they don't have one)?
I asked for a full refund, I also asked if someone could take the bed down because I was in no fit state to do so because I am disabled and only came out of hospital 10 days earlier after major back surgery. Plus I've spent £35 putting the new bed up.
Their reply was that I would not be getting the £35 back, and I will have to disassemble the bed myself if I want a refund because me being disabled is not their problem!!
They really have no respect for their customers. Even the driver that picked up my bed said it's a crap company, and in his words 'it's cheap s**t' he also said they treat their employees just as bed as their customers.
After 6 weeks I have finally got my refund.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Avoid! I bought 2 beds from this place through Wowcher. the advert said it was spring and memory foam. The bed I received was very cheap quality spring, I mean literally spring and a sheet in top. I immediately contacted Wowcher who asked me to contact merchant which i did. The merchant kept insisting I received right order ( clearly not as it was just spring) and they asked me to pay £49 as pick up Cost. I said no as i paid more than enough on Wowcher to get the stupid item delivered.
Worst customer service ever. I turned to Wowcher for help and with my surprise they kept insisting that my trade was between the merchant and Wowcher had nothing to do with it and send a lot of terms and conditions.
The bed is unsafe especially with a newborn just 3 weeks old. I am not happy about their ignorance and ripping people off by wrongful advertising and once money has been paid they treat u like S***.
I don't know what else to do now rather than just discard the bed as it's clearly unsafe for my kid and I myself wouldn't feel safe to sleep in it as the spring might just come through the thin layer of fabric ( so called bed).
Unbelievable stealers taking hard earned money. Poor customer service

If only I had read the reviews before ordering! Absolutely obismal customer service.. bought a bed off Wowcher, requested delivery date ignored. Wrong mattress delivered, after a couple of weeks and several phone calls the mattress was exchanged for a different one... still wrong, was told that it was the right one and it was just the label that was wrong! I was told ‘ it’s just what the warehouse do’ still trying to sort this out over a month later... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The worst experience ever with them. I bought a bed from them and they sent me the wrong size bed, following week the send me the mattress. One week sleeping on the floor because they are too unprofessional to know why we book certain day for delivery. Also, the wrong bed legs were sent with the bed. Just horrible experience. Wowcher customer service has been also useless, so AVOID buying from both of them! Safe yourself the hassle. Groupon had similar bed, £20 more expensive. I regret being stingy as I'm sure they would have been fine both merchant and Groupon customer service.
