In stock item ordered 1 Jan. Shipping stated on site as being 10 working days. No communication received for 3 weeks. Messaged via the Shop app on 21 Jan, no response. Emailed 28 Jan, no response. 2 Feb I asked for an estimated dispatch date or refund via their web contact form, no response. 3 Feb I requested a refund via Paypal.

I am so mad, I ordered a 54 nzd gift set for my best friends birthday on nov 17, and i still haven’t received any information regarding this package it is now dec 24 her birthday is in two days! I can’t believe that this site is real, and that people are giving it 5 stars. I wish i had researched because i can’t see myself receiving this after emailing them 3 times and not receiving any reply. Please don’t order from this company go to a real pen shop or a trusted art company or craft store the cheaper prices are not worth it, this was a waste of my money and stress that I don’t need and i don’t even have a present for my friend. I just want to scream!

Order made in October for November birthday, no item received, no response to my emails. Two months on and obviously I've been scammed, don't order from this company!

I’m really disappointed. I ordered 2 glass pens which would be for a Christmas presents. The money was taken and I received an acknowledgement of the order but have not received the items I purchased. I have attempted to contact them several times and no response provided. The order was never fulfilled. Communication is very poor. I assume their products would be good but having never received mine and my money taken, I can’t tell. At this point I just want my money back but I doubt that will happen and they don’t ever reply.

Thieves, cheaters, scammers

They've promoted their products on the FB (in a commercial, pop-up advert) and their professional looking website suggested that they were a reliable company. But the fact is that, after waiting for updates on my delivery status, I've tried to get in touch with them and then it turned out the mail address of their customer service was simply sis not exist and they were unreachable in any other way too. Honestly, I do not know who were satisfied with this shop, they are just a fraudulent internet scammers.

The first issue is that they tried to call my order fraudulent with out proof of it. Then when I cleared things up they did not apologize for their actions. It was ordered as a gift for my child. Then when they sent the pen. It has not come in yet. The pen was ordered on the 15 of Dec. It is now the 5th of Jan.

I would not have been treated this poorly by another company.

I placed my order a month ago, specifically for an item marked as "USA Inventory" since I assumed it would get to me quicker, I live in Canada. I didn't receive an email informing me that my order has been shipped, as they stated would happen. So I inquired about when it would be sent out, only to be informed that it had been "delivered" to me a week prior.
They sent my package to Switzerland and then told me I could call them about my delivery.
TLDR: Lied about where the pen was coming from and sent it across the world from me.

I read a lot of bad reviews here, so I didn't have high hopes about my order. I am happy to say my pen arrived safely with ink. It took about 6 weeks for it to arrive, which is pretty normal these days for international post to Australia. Very mysterious and non existent tracking was provided. Which is why it's not 5 star.

I ordered from here in April 2020, I thought the package was delayed due to COVID so I reached out after two months, customer service apologized and said they had sent a new one, two months later that package also never arrived. When I asked to have some sort of refund all communication stopped.
Do not buy.

My friend loves them! I got the 3D Flower Glass Dip Pen with ink - Crystal Pen with flower inside gift-wrapped, and a separate bottle of shimmering ink as a gift for my friend. It took some time for her to figure out how to use it but she said it writes smoothly.

After I ordered one of those, I read some bad reviews, that the order never arrives. But after I waited some time, my glass dip pen arrived and I had to try it as fast as possible. It's awesome and writing with it is so much fun.

I wish I had really done more research on this company. I assumed buying a pen from a reputable source would be more trustworthy than Amazon. Lo and behold, I was surprised to see my pen shipped in from an Amazon facility. With a quick search on Amazon, I found the exact same pen for half of what I paid ($21 on glassdippen, $10 on Amazon). Surprisingly, the "About Us" page on the glassdippen website tried to say that you won't find a pen like this for such an affordable price. What a joke and a rip-off. Don't do what I did.

Also, you can find a large amount of their pens WITH INK for cheaper prices on Amazon than buying just the pen from them.

I don’t know what to think yet. I ordered 11/24/2020 and havent gotten any updates so I emailed and asked and they said (this is a quote from the email) “I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long, because of the logistics we currently unable to send parcel to Canada” so why are they advertising worldwide shipping if they can’t ship world wide? They said to wait 10 business days so I guess I’ll update later

Update: it is now the 11th of December and I have not received my order, on top of that I have sent 6 emails now and have not gotten a single reply. I’m being optimistic and hoping that my package will arrive eventually in the next few months. I’d honestly avoid this company at all costs

The pens are beautiful, good quality and write well. This was a gift for a teen, and it worked out great. The packaging did come from China and look 2-3 weeks but you can track the shipping in English (the link they send to you is in Chinese but with google you should find the same tracking company in English). Just be aware if shipping time and order it a month in advance just in case.

I ordered a pen 6 months ago but it never arrived. I've sent many emails but they never respond. Total waste of $75!

I ordered a glass dip pen along with ink on March 7th, 2020 for a birthday gift and it is now May 7th, 2020 with no parcel. I haven’t even gotten an update as to where my order is. Customer service is not helpful whatsoever. AVOID this company! Wasted $60.

I ordered 2 Glass Dip Pens on 11/14/2019. They did not "ship" the pens out until 11/18/2019 and 11/25/2019. They did not state they were shipping them from China until I inquired on the whereabouts of my orders after 1 week of waiting for them. They said it would take 12 to 15 days to receive the pens and so I assumed business days and waited for 20 business days. They never came and the tracking still shows that they are in China. They stopped communicating with me and I had to go through Paypal for a refund on items I never received since the seller stopped communicating with me. I definitely do not recommend going through this seller. They are not reliable and the communication is terrible.

Ordered 12/3 for a Christmas present - item didn't show up as of a month later. When asked, they said there was a delay but then again, were not proactive in any communication.

I wouldn't have placed the order to begin with if it was not going to arrive before Christmas - AND, if it was going to be shipped from BEIJING, CHINA.

UPDATE It finally arrived on 1/4/2020 and was packed in a nice foam case and was without damage.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my artist granddaughter. She hasn't opened it yet; so don't know how it will work for her. The set does arrive in a nice well packaged gift box and the pen is beautiful. I'm happy with the purchase.

Very pretty and nicely made glass dip pen gift with inks. I bought this one as a gift for a friend. She LOVED it and said she is going to enjoy learning how to use it.
