Amazing service have used twice recently and customer service was brilliant. Can't fault anything at all.

I thoroughly recommend this company. I posted my glasses second class, on a Sunday & I received them back just 11 days later with the new lenses. I was impressed with their communication too because they sent an email as soon as they received my glasses. I’m sure I will use this company again for reglazing services.

No complaints at all. Very happy with the price, communication, speed and final product. Posted my glasses on the Monday, had them back the following Wednesday. That's pretty quick, given the 2nd class delivery in each direction. Information about lens type was also clearer than many other services. Would absolutely use them again.

I had my botega sunglasses re-glazed as I had dropped them and damaged the lens. Quoted over £100 at my opticians - looked online and found these guys. Brilliant! Sunglasses are like new and returned to me super quick. It was free to post them as well, but I paid for a tracked insured service. Highly recommended by me!

I received helpful advice prior to placing my order. I was contacted to discuss and check my order prior to the new lenses being fitted. My glasses with replacement lenses were quickly returned. The replacement lenses look great and I've obtained a new pair of sunglasses at a fraction of the price of buying a new pair.

Excellent service second time round as well! Easy putting the details in on the website, straight forward to send my glasses off, & they sent me a tracking number a few days later to let me know they were on the way. Arrived in perfect condition & I couldn’t be happier with them!

Friendly, helpful and professional advice from Allan. My frames returned in a few days with an excellent job made of re- glazing them, at a fraction of the High St cost.
All good, so I’m getting another pair done as a spare.
