I STILL haven't received my glasses!!

I STILL haven't received my glasses!!! I ordered them weeks ago. I never received a tracking number. All I know is that over a week ago I received an email notification saying that it had shipped. I don't know if it's still on its way or if it has been stolen or if this is a legitimate company.

Great Customer Service, Great Product

I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!
