Wow what an amazing experience. I was stressed after crushing my 1 month old glasses that I had just purchased from a different local place. DNT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered glasses for my 4 year old daughter and first of all it took forever to receive. Not only that the phone lines wouldn't work and after weeks of waiting I get an email saying due to some company issues the order was delayed. But the biggest thing is I hot defective glasses where the lense pops out and after complaining they said this is how it's going to be. This is Nonsense I will never order from them ever. VERY unprofessional people.

When I ordered there was a bogo offer
When I ordered there was a bogo offer. I noticed this changed later to a bogo1/2 off offer. (Confirmed Glasses Sale: Buy 1 Get 1 FREE! Hurry Before They Run Out) My customer support message was "pick out a pair and order them and I will take care of it and give you a discount". So I was to pick a pair out and use me credit card to buy them and hope it was taken care of? Very disappointed. ticket ID 157960 and subject "order ID is 000010764
