Joined the elite membership with the promise of being sent emails ahead of sales for pre orders etc. Recieved no emails as promised by the date set.

You were so rude saying all the emails have gone out and ‘I’ve had mine’. As if we were wrong? We’ve clearly been missed off the mailing list. An honest mistake and could have been rectified but no, we were dismissed.
My husband was told ‘ we will look in to this’ with a hurry to hang up. Asked for no details - so not sure what you would be looking into to see where the emails were. He asked if you could check we had the email and you said there’s about 8000 to go through. Sounds like your system doesn’t really work.

And before hanging up you were heard saying ‘oh god what a…’. As if we were the difficult ones?
Poor service will be cancelling the membership and not returning.

Avoid this scam membership! Probably only sends the emails to scalpers like themselves.

Unreliable retailer, They accept preorders for stock they can't deliver on and then cancel the orders days later after all other possible options to secure the item are now sold out.

Cancelling a order is fine for good reason but to deny me the possible opportunity of shopping elsewhere for the stock in question is terrible service, I could of possible got it somewhere else for £12 more on the day but now all other options are £68 or more. I won't shop here again and I suggest you shouldn't.

clicked and collected today two dreadnoughts and some glue for my first Warhammer venture and mini-wargaming. I was met by a very enthusiastic member of staff; we had a very nice chat about old and modern Warhammer. I was even shown a few new models while talking about old Warhammer Vampire Counts. We also discussed Space Wolves, as it is the army I am going to venture into, and even had a discussion about some Warhammer books. I was even told about upcoming models and learned about Thursday and Friday events in the store. The experience was fantastic; I will definitely be ordering more and going to the store more often. Glasshammer will have my business for all my miniature needs,I will not shop else where. just based on today's first reaction. I have never felt more welcomed.

Awful, avoid this place. Preordered, they never sent out my order. Chased them about it and they just acted stupid like they had no idea how their shop works and couldn’t do anything. Said they would contact me once they looked into my order. Never contacted me. I called them back and they started giving me attitude on the phone. Awful staff, time wasters and potentially thieves since they haven’t returned my money yet.

There a reliable business will definitely purchase from them lot again in the foreseeable future

Googled local TGC shops and found GlassHammer, visited the store shortly afterwards and was met with some very friendly and helpful staff! Safe to say I will be visiting again!

Introduced to Glasshammer and The Glasshouse by a friend who recently got me into 40k and within a few visits it quickly became one of my favourite places to be! Great atmosphere full of likeminded people with lovely, friendly and super knowledgable staff! Prices are the best around for models etc plus super cheap to book a table for the evening! Absolutely thrilled to have this place in Telford 🙌🏻

Ordered 5 sets of their Terrain from the Webstore. Very resonssble price, with discount for TOs. Quick to reply to queries. The terrain itself is fantastic, goes together so well and easily. The video tutorial especially aids this. Will buy from Glasshammer again, and hopefully visit their store in person some day

Arrived a day later than expected. But it’s the post and covid etc so not important. Item was well packed. Item was correct and undamaged. Great price too. Will order again.

They had the cheapest copy of the new Warhammer Killteam boxset I could find on the day of release and free shipping to boot. Saved me about 30 quid and showed up exactly when they said it would. It's a heavy item too so free shipping is not to be sniffed at.

GH are always great, and if you ever have an issue they will sort it out, no problem. 10/10 best place to buy minis.

Postage came earlier than expected and in perfect condition

Wrong item sent, contacted seller to advise, they didn't respond so I had to open a case.
