I regularly visit Glasswells Ipswich with my mum to enjoy the wonderful restaurant and then to look at furniture and furnishings always with a welcome feeling. Today I needed to seek help with a previously purchased bed and a part which I had mislaid. Sally-Ann Smith was so lovely - patient, caring and so very helpful to me and my mum. Sally-Ann went beyond kindness and it was a pleasure to see that customer care and service truly exists in this climate. Thank you Sally - Ann and thank you Glasswells you are very important for our town.

The sales consultant,was very helpful,listend to what we needed.Adrian Capper,looked the sofa up online.The sofa was in stock.He ordered it,and set a date for delivery.I was delighted with his service.

As always Glasswells is excellent for customer service & staff are trained well. Peter was able to help us order more furniture & reassure us regarding pending delivery of wardrobe.

Both my wife and I are exceptionally happy with our experience at Glasswells, The staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. product delivery was on time and assistance was given as required. We will most definitely shop there again

Lovely store, well positioned for public transport and with good car parking. Purchasing in every department went smoothly. A big shout-out to Jane in flooring and Lawrence is sofas who went above and beyond to help us. Steve of Ocean Flooring did a superb job too.

I needed to replace my old double bed. So naturally we went to the store we've used before for furniture etc and been delighted. Here we were advised by Tom Repton who could not have been more helpful or informative and we happily placed the order. Thank you Glasswells.

Yet another satisfying visit to Glasswells, Ipswich. We had attended in order to possibly purchase a new mattress.
We received excellent advice and pressure free service from Sally in the bedroom department, enabling us to place an order. An excellent, celebratory lunch followed.

Staff were very helpful and not pushy.which made the choosing of a new sofa and chairs a pleasent experience.customer service was very good .Adrian our sales consultant,took his time with us and explained everything clearly,and most helpful

Great lay out of the showroom, displays are really well thought out and inviting. Staff are all very well trained and helpful. Great assistance with no pressure.

We were greeted by warm and friendly staff at Glasswells Ipswich on the 6/03/26.
Rachel on reception introduced us to Adrian Capper who was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at and answered all questions we had regarding the furniture taking the time to explain all the options.
Very happy with our purchase.
Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning.

We recently purchased a guest bed from your store, with the kind and informative guidance from Peter. He was excellent in giving us information as to how the underneath bed could be pulled out and made secure. Peter was very helpful but not pushy which allowed us to make the decision to buy. His approach to us as customers made the experience an enjoyable one. Thank you also for keeping in touch with us regarding delivery, much appreciated.

The standard lamp when collected was in four pieces and lumps of polystyrene around main pieces. No bag or wrapping and it’s all over the car and me….. more B&Q than one expects at Glasswells. Let’s hope that when the chairs and settee turn up we are more impressed.

So me and my missus wondered into Gasswells which which we've been in before to go to their fabulous restaurant as the food absolutely delicious and has table service. So as we were walking though we were looking at beds and sales assistant asked are we ok ,yes just looking no pressure from the sales assistant at all we had are food and came to a decision to take a second look at the bed ,we decided to buy we approach the sales assistant we 1st saw and made our purchase she was very easy to talk to and no pressure. In all a very good experience in-store.

Peter assisted us with choosing and ordering new bedroom furniture recently. He was polite, professional and helpful throughout. The quality and choice of furniture was great.
