Fantastic company
Fantastic company, won’t shop anywhere else for my glass! Ordered the wrong size banger and as consolation glassworks sent out a 14mm male to 10mm female adapter which sorted my issues for minimal expense, which is above and beyond what they had to do customer service done right :)

The best customer service in the game.
Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The orders always turn up speedy and safe. But my biggest compliment is how you checked a friend of mines order to check he hadn't accidently made a mistake on his order. Due to some size differences between his order you called to check he had everything right and wasn't going to be dissapointed when his banger wouldn't fit his rig. Checking he didn't need to change size is not something a lot of companies or people would think of. That's incredible especially for people just getting started in "glass collecting" wink wink nudge nudge. Honestly you guys are a credit to the industry I wish I could score you higher.

Better than the puffco glass
Better than the puffco glass, now my go too in the future, got free terpz balls and stickers. Most important bit though is that it was half the price of puffco and id say its a new improved version the puffco by far, 5☆
