i ordered a bong bowl and the next day…
i ordered a bong bowl and the next day i got a message from bruce saying the product was damaged and offered a complimentary upgrade came the next day, he was brilliant the bowl was amazing quality 1 little imperfection in the filter hole (flower clogs the filter hole) but that does show its hand made so appreciate that as well.

Ordered a certain colour of glass for my puffco peak and it was unfortunately cracked.
I didn't get his name but a staff member called me very apologetic and offered me a range of different items in replacement before the package had even left the warehouse
Very very helpful I do recommend using a WiFi calling or maybe get a Internet phone because the signal was shocking.
