Holiday transfers
Driver arrived in good time for transfer from Glasgow across to Edinburgh airport. Pleasant man and comfortable travel.
Flight delayed on return transfer by one hour, email to notify GLA and passed onto driver.
Driver there on arrival, just required a call to him to find his location, he sought us out to accompany him to car.
Pleasant and friendly, made sure we were comfortable for temperature in the car.
Cars immaculate.
Booking easily managed online.
Would not hesitate to use this company again.

The Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport run is a route we do regularly and it's great to hear the outbound journey went smoothly. The return is where things get more interesting with a one hour delay, and that's exactly the kind of situation our flight monitoring is built for. The delay gets flagged, passed to the driver, and your pickup adjusts accordingly. No standing around at arrivals wondering where your car is.
A quick call to locate each other and your driver coming to find you rather than the other way around is a nice touch too, it's the small things that make a return transfer after a long journey that bit easier.
Comfortable ride, immaculate car, temperature checked, easy online booking. Really glad it all came together both ways.

Reliable option
The booking process is really straightforward, and although the driver was a bit late.due to an M8 accident, he kept us updated so we were able to wait for 20 minutes inside the terminal.

The Glasgow Southside to Edinburgh Airport route is one we cover regularly, and it's one where getting the details right really matters. Our Driver Rashy was kind and personable. He was on time. Nice experience overall. Only comment that we have is that we had a meet and greet and we had to walk a long way to the car from arrivals. No other issues.

Really glad the overall experience was a positive one. An on time pickup at Edinburgh Airport with a friendly, personable driver is exactly what we aim for on every transfer back to Glasgow.
The point about the walking distance on the meet and greet is genuinely appreciated and worth us noting. Edinburgh Airport's layout and parking restrictions can sometimes mean there's more of a walk between the arrivals area and where a driver can safely position the vehicle, and we understand that's not ideal after a journey. It's useful feedback and something we'll keep in mind when briefing drivers on the meet and greet experience at EDI.

Update:GLA says failure was by one of their affiliates. This was not clear on the invoice I received. As a client, I had no indication that two businesses were involved.I reviewed business on invoice.
I did not have a good experience with GLA transfers. The website indicated that they provide service throughout the UK. They accepted a reservation and payment for a trip from Llandudno to Manchester airport. When I attempted repeatedly to contact them directly to confirm the booking, no one answered the phone. Their online chat indicated that the booking was in place, and a driver was being assigned. On the day of the booking, the robot continued to say that the booking was confirmed. However, no driver showed up, and no one was available by phone. The company has not responded to repeated emails. We also had a misunderstanding about the size of car for a different booking from Glasgow airport to a Glasgow hotel. That ride was resolved, but inconvenient at the time. I certainly would not book with this company in the future.

Great Airport Transfers
Highly recommended. The key element of arranging any transfer to and from the airport is reliability and I've have several poor experiences previously. That's in the past and I now have found my trusted company.
Great service both ways. Drivers were punctual, communicated before pick up times to confirm driver details, friendly on the journey and able to accommodate me landing 30 mins early back into Glasgow. Was easy to book on line.
Will definitely be using them again.
