I moved my domain to them and paid for it to be renewed (receiving two emails confirming my payment, including a receipt). Then their system deleted my domain 4 days later for "non-payment". I contacted support and did not receive a reply or acknowledgement, even 10 days later.
Just tested Glauca Hexdns, the free DNS hosting by them. The experience was wonderful. The panel is modern and beautiful, can be used as primary or secondary namerserver, support vanity and whitelabeled nameserver, support DNSSEC with NSEC3 paramater, support ANAME aka ALIAS record, support transferring out zone via XAFR to use other providers as secondary, can XAFR via TSIG key etc. The feature is endless and for free while other DNS hoster asked to pay for those things. Highly recommended, definitely a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ product by a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hosting company.
