Had my carpets cleaned today they do look clean but are very wet heating is on but not making much difference will take a lot longer than the 4 hours specified to dry be more like 12 I. The past I have had my carpets cleaned but never been left this wet before

I booked a showroom valet for the Friday before Christmas at 2:30pm. I got a last minute text from the valeter saying that she could not get to me until 3:40pm. At this time it would have been almost dark. Although inconvenient, I had no choice but to reschedule for Sunday morning (Christmas Eve) as it needed to be done before Xmas.

The results of the valet were very disappointing. My upholstery was not dirty or stained beforehand but they used a huge amount of water on it anyway and it was left in an absolutely sodden condition.
I followed the company directions for drying times but it still remains sodden many hours later. I doubt that I will be able to drive it on Christmas Day (which was the point of having it done in the first place).

There was debris left in one of the door pockets, the steering wheel was left dirty (I removed this quite easily myself afterwards) and the white leather headrests have streaks across them where some parts have been cleaned and some have been left dirty.

The whole job felt very rushed, half-hearted and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, due to the time reschedule, I was not present when the job was completed so could not complain directly to the valeter.

The results were nothing like what I would expect from a 'showroom' and I would never recommend or use this company again. I could easily have got the same results myself (without the sodden upholstery).

Until then, I'll assume that both services are run by the same company and the review will remain here.

I did do what u said and it was still longer than 8 hours.. also i have spoken to another company and they also sold my couch should of not have been left so wet..Came and done my couch and stairs and landing on mo day 30th October. And oh my god what a mess...my couch has takin 2 days to dry as he left it soaking wet and there was water left all over my living room floor wouldn't book with these and no apologies.. messaged through Facebook and now they have blocked me.

I booked a carpet clean using Gleamers handy online booking form (following seeing their work on Instagram). They did a fantastic job cleaning up a heavily stained carpet and it was dry in no time. Customer service was also great. Will definitely use again.

Cannot recommend them enough. We moved into a student house 4 weeks ago now and when we moved in the place wasn’t liveable. The guys came round and changed our carpets from brown back to cream again. Lovely man and young lad that came. Move out furniture back for us. Even got rid of all chewing gum that was left around the house. Would definitely use them again xx
