Thank you Gleamstones!
I absolutely adore my Pearl Choker in 14K Gold, it is so stunning and I've received so many compliments about it!
Cheap knock-off
I ordered some of their 14k gold plated jewellery items. They were cute but look like knock-offs. The items can be found for a third of the price elsewhere and my order arrived with no documents whatsoever, making their authenticity questionable at best. Customer service phone number listed is not in service and the "closing due to the pandemic" claim makes no sense when their domain is less than a few months old.
Sale Price is Close to Actual Value of Items
This is one of those scams that pretends it's going out of business, prices its jewelry at high value, then slashes them by a lot to make it seem like you're getting a great deal. I love the piece I received, but I'm a smart consumer and knew what I was getting. Buyers, do your research and beware. You are getting what you're paying for. These are not actually expensive pieces.
its look cheap and i dont like it.
HORRIBLE product & customer service
I have repetitively been in touch with this company regarding the pearl elephant bracelet, that I received with a broken clasp and was assembled by string. After taking 3 months to arrive, I had the worst experience with customer service. When asking if the bracelet was truly 14K gold, and if the pearls were real, I was constantly ignored and the question was never answered. When I asked if I wanted a replacement, I repeated that they had not answered my question as to Authenticity of the product, and that I only wanted a replacement if it was truly what it was advertised to be. The responding email was that it is gold Plated, (again no clarification on the pearls) & that instead of giving me my replacement they were going to refund my money. They then refunded my money to a debit card that is no longer in use so I cannot receive a refund. I’ve asked to speak to different customer service representatives, I’ve asked to speak to management multiple times and never once got anything but ignored questions ending with “best wishes, Jess”.
This bracelet, originally priced at over $130, can be found anywhere online for $20 plus shipping. This company is purely a rip of, & if you have thought that you’ve received a genuine product, I would suggest that you get it checked, especially if you are somebody who has paid $2000 on the bracelets or necklaces.
If I could add photos to this review, I would certainly show the lack of professionalism via email and damaged product.
I will Surely repost this review if it gets removed. At this point, I don’t even think this is a business that has been effected by the pandemic, I think this is a business who is using an illness where tons of people have died world wide, to rip people off.
Bracelets don’t last
I bought a bracelet during the “closing sale” it is made with string to hold the pearls and it lasted a month. Do not waste your money.

Same photos as items on AliExpress but 300% price
Alright so they took down my last review, so I will write one that they hopefully can't take down.
Most important thing first: You can find products with the same photos on AliExpress for a third of their "sale" price. I can't post links in this review, but just search for the shop "Lnngy" on AliExpress. You can also just reverse image search some of their product photos and you'll find it pretty quick. I can't claim that they're the exact same items, but this is extremely suspicious.
I reached out to their customer support email asking about this over 24h ago, but they haven't responded. I'll update if I get a response.
Normally I don't care about dropshipping websites (they're everywhere), but I'm annoyed by their dishonest marketing tactics. They're advertising their "sale" (but already 3x prices compared to AliExpress) prices as part of a closing sale. However, their website (gleamstones.com) was registered on 2020-12-10. If you go to their Facebook page, you can see it was created 2020-12-20 and if you mouse over the little clock symbol on their posts before that date (going back a few years!!), you can see the posts were all added on 2020-12-20. This means all the reviews on their website are fake (and I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 5 star reviews here are fake too... they use surprisingly similar language), and while they could actually be closing, it's super suspicious that they're blaming Covid-19 for it after opening under 3 months ago. It just feels super scummy to try to sell low quality products as if they're high quality deals.
Finally, if you look at the detailed overview on this page, you'll see Gleamstones flags almost every negative review to get it taken down. This happened to my last review because visiting their online store doesn't count as a "genuine experience." I've contacted Gleamstones' support to make this review follow guidelines, but I wouldn't be surprised if this goes down too.
Edit: As expected, they're flagging this review too, but still haven't answered my email.
lol turns out that backfired for them and my review is now verified, and my previous review was also restored :)

My go to store
Gleamstones is my go to store for purchasing lovely pearl jewelry. It’s sad to see they are closing.
Fantastic jewelry
Beautiful bracelet
Beautiful bracelet, helpful support. I had some questions about my order, and the support agent Jess was quick to answer me. All in all it was a great experience, and I love the bracelet now that it has arrived.
Order Cancellation
Hi, I recently placed an order (February 12th, 2021). But I do not need them anymore. I know that my order has not been shipped yet. So, please cancel my order and provide me a refund. I called the telephone number on the website and apparently that number does not exist!! So, I sent an email to the email address on the website. But no one reached out to me!!!! Just please cancel my order and give me my money back!!!
Update:
Just wanted to let you know that NEITHER MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED NOR I WAS ISSUED A REFUND as mentioned in this reply!!! I received my order today. I want to return it and get a refund. I do not know if that’s even possible!

I’ve been ordering from here for years
I’ve been ordering from here for years, and I must say that the quality of the service has gone down lately. I am always satisfied with their jewelry, but my last order it took almost 4 weeks for the package to arrive. I realize that things are delayed because of covid, but come on! I still haven’t found anyone else that makes pearl bracelets like this, so I guess I have no choice but to continue to put up with it.
Slow shipping nice bracelet
The shipping took almost 3 weeks to arrive to the West Coast, which was somewhat disappointing. Although the elephant bracelet I ordered is quite beautiful. The quality actually seems quite good for the price. My mom is a jeweler and she confirmed that the pearls are real as well, which was a relief as I’m never sure what exactly I’m going to get when ordering online.
My bracelets did arrive- but without…
My bracelets did arrive- but without receipt and from china. The gold plated copper had a tag on it with a "925" which is only used for stirling silver. Something is definitely up- HOWEVER the jewelry is pretty and I didn't pay a ton so it's fine.
