Beautiful pieces and Great Customer Service
The quality is great and the customer service was just as great! I loved the selection and the overall looks of the pieces especially with it being a family owned store. The shipping directly from Ireland was much quicker than I anticipated too. If I have any more jewelry that I want to purchase I will be looking here first.

Don’t get me wrong lovely pieces but receiving a heartfelt gift from my boyfriend ended up with the stone falling out after 2 wears. Got kindly sent a replacement with the same engraving but was then the wrong size. Gave up with the back and forth with customer service and slow replies that i fixed the first ring with a pair of pliers.

Only 1 of the three items I ordered was delivered, typically the cheapest, with a delivery note saying the others were to follow.
It is now 3rd of March. I have contacted the customer services twice now. Twice they have said they will contact shipping department and they will get back to me. The second time they told me I would have the items in 8 days, sooner, if they were in stock. That would have been yesterday.
So far I have heard and received nothing. I would advise people to stay away from this site. They are very untrustworthy.
I am now pursuing a refund. This was supposed to be a treat for me, but has just been a massive pain. I should just have ordered on Amazon.
Update: I changed my rating, as though I was unhappy, the company reached out to me, and got a solution that no-one would be able to complain about.

Haven’t received my return for months on a faulty bracelet
I brought a bracelet as a Christmas present and the latch wouldn’t open and it’s way too small so I returned it. I still haven’t received a refund, I got an email this afternoon and I am having to repeat the same conversation just to get my refund. The struggle to get hold of customer service is ridiculous and I paid a lot of money for the bracelet

Earrings were just like in the photo. I was worried that the clasp would be weak, but it’s excellent. It arrived very well packaged and within the specified delivery time.
It was also nice to receive a pendant for free with the order.
