Have emailed asking for return address but just been ignored. Save your money. Will start chargeback proceedings

I'm not sure if your order was via our website or our TikTok shop? If it was a TikTok order, any issue are managed from the order in your TikTok profile which we then see & action from our TikTok account portal.

I had an issue ordering through TikTok…
I had an issue ordering through TikTok Shop where my order was not delivered after reaching the final Evri delivery station. I’m not sure how Evri lost it at my local delivery station, as it’s very small.
This was completely out of Glencrest’s control, and I was issued a discount code and a full refund. I opted to order through their website instead, and it was flawless. Quick dispatch and delivery from UPS. Thank you, much appreciated!

Superb, hassle free experience. Really quick and easy to order, with a wide variety to choose from.
