Very professional process and worth the purchase.
The bike itself is cute and for the most part, working properly. My daughter loves it. Only down side is, she needs the seat all the way down, so she is not able to have the baby seat attached. Which is a bummer, cause that is one of the main reasons we purchased this one. So she could bring her babies with her. Maybe look into alternative attaching locations. Also, better direction for reflector locations and/or different styles of reflectors to work with the basket and baby seat attachments. Instructions for assembly don't really help with placing these, very generic.
Company contacted me, regarding my review, and are planning on taking my suggestions in for consideration.
All in all, great experience and very nice product. Planning on buying the larger similar bike for her mother, so they have matching set.

This bike showed up hammered. Box was in pieces. Pedal was stripped wouldn’t go on. But what makes me the maddest, is this bike is said to be made in Colorado. Not true. This is why they don’t have a phone number at all to reach them. Only by email, and you have to wait days for a response. This bike is garbage. Company is a scam. Disgusting.

Well Built Glerc Toddler Bike
We purchased this toddler bike for our granddaughter’s 3rd Birthday. We put it together pretty easily and gave it to her Saturday. She absolutely loves it!! Put her baby doll in the back seat and practiced riding it in their house right away. We were surprised how solid and strong the bike feels when you pick it up! Nothing flimsy about this bike! We know she will be able to use this for several years and will be safe riding it. So glad we purchased this Glerc bike for her!

surprised to see negative reviews here. my experience was top-notch! ordered 2 bikes and 2 baskets. received an email shortly after placing the order to confirm I actually wanted the additional baskets as the bikes already come with baskets. Perfect Christmas gift for my niece
I bought this bike as a Christmas gift for my niece who lives in France. She came to stay with us for the holidays and it was her first Christmas here, so I really wanted to give her a special gift. The ordering process was easy and the bike arrived on time before Christmas.
We actually didn’t open the box in the UK because she took it back to France with her. When it was opened there, everything was in perfect condition. She is only three years old and quite petite, so we adjusted the bike to a lower height so her feet could reach the pedals comfortably.
The bike is great because it can be adjusted as the child grows. For now we didn’t attach the doll seat at the back because if we add it at the moment, her feet wouldn’t reach the pedals properly. But it’s nice to know we can add it later when she grows a bit more.
She sent me pictures of herself riding the bike in France and she absolutely loves it. I’m very happy with the quality and the design, and I would definitely recommend Glercbikes to anyone looking for a good bike for young children.

The bike is awesome, my son loves it. It’s a great step up from the local department store bikes but not as pricey as the ones at the bike shop. Good quality, sturdy and fun to ride. The customer service was also good. Overall we’re happy and would recommend.

Delivery is shocking
Delivery is shocking. Ordered two bikes for our twins birthday plus a helmet each. One helmet arrived on time, one bike two days later…one week later the second helmet…..still no sign of the second bike. Very disappointed, one birthday ruined.
Update: finally received both bikes and helmets - I have to add, the bikes are fantastic! Well packaged and easy to assemble. Our girls love them.
Please have a look at the courier you use as it’s a shame they let you down. No hard feelings.

Ordered a new bike for my daughters xmas and when building it on xmas eve i found there were missing parts (seat and seat post!) so was unable to give my daughter her xmas present! I had to send them photo's of the bike showing parts were missing and they only offered my a £20 goodwill gesture only after i had to ask for it and then took weeks and weeks for the missing parts to arrive (which they classed as replacements!). Turns out these parts come from China even though they advertise themselves as a UK company which was the main reason i chose them in the 1st place. AVOID!

After seeing my daughter conquer new terrain and her level of confidence boost, I decided to make a second purchase with the Glerc 14" Starry freestyle for my son. 20 inch Maggie Bike
My daughter got the 20 inch Maggie Bike for Christmas with the baby doll seat attachment and she loves it! We did have to pump up the tires some but other than that the bike has been great! It fits her perfectly It was very difficult to find a 20 inch bike in store for a girl so we opted to ordering online, it was a smooth process and we got updates along the way from confirmation of purchase all the way to delivery. I would definitely order a bike from Glerc again

15% DEDUCTION FOR RETURNS!!!!!
I bought a set of pads and a helmet for my five year old daughter so she could try roller skating. Unfortunately, I received a bundle intended for ages 8 to 15. While I accept that I may have made the error when ordering, I do not believe I would knowingly choose something that was clearly too large.
Once we realised the mistake, we began the process of returning the items for a refund. After a few days, I received an email asking for a photo of the helmet, which I provided. A couple of days later, I was asked to send photos of the pads, which I also did. I then received a third email requesting photos of the original packaging.
At that point, I replied to suggest that it would have been far more efficient to request all of this information in a single email, rather than prolonging the process over several days.
To add to the frustration, a 15% restocking fee is being applied, which feels excessive. It is difficult to understand how returning a helmet and a set of pads to a shelf justifies this charge, plus, I am paying for return post!
Overall, this has been a disappointing and unnecessarily drawn-out experience. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this retailer and chosen a company that values customer service and long-term relationships.
