Hard to make a return

The return options were very inconveniencing. I would not have ordered my order if i would have known that i have to pay for shipping for the return and that i have to process my own shipping carrier. It should say clearly on the website how it works to make a return and that you have to pay for it.

The sweater was a different color from…

The sweater was a different color from the website (listed as medium brown, actually light beige). It also took several email exchanges before they agreed to refund me.

Need more info...

They never provided when my sweater was going to be delivered. I also, did not know from what country so it's definitely not from USA. You should be more transparent. It also took a long time to arrive.

For context: after an order is shipped, customers typically receive an email with a tracking number. With that tracking number, the shipment can be followed via our Track & Trace page.
