Really lovely ski gear.
Very good website with very reasonable priced ski wear. Items arrived very quickly. Really well made ski gear. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is the sizing is very small. I think European sizes are slightly smaller than UK. Such a shame as I loved the jacket and trousers. Easy to return.

Cancelled order due to illogical sales…
Cancelled order due to illogical sales team requested to change size on a pair of shoes not yet dispatched which they were unable to do cos the computer said no. Told me I had to cancel request a refund which would take up to a week to put money back (took money v quickly from my account) and then reorder. Even after I explained this would put me off repurchasing due to the madness they didn't care Cancelled my order due to a bunch of "jobs worths'.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Ordered some new ski boots for my teenage daughter for the race club. Printed off the foot size guide and marked up as instructed. Got the size and or that in the filter o on line and picked out the boots we wanted. Did perfect. Had a delivery date of Monday but arrived the Saturday before. She is over the moon with them.
