I would not recommend ordering from…

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I placed an order on February 16 2026, and it was not shipped within a reasonable time. I tried contacting the company multiple times through their website contact form and via email, but received no response at all.

After two weeks, I finally received a tracking number through the e-shop system. To my surprise, the package was being shipped from China, which was never clearly communicated during the ordering process. The delivery time was extended by at least another week (I hope!).

The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service is very disappointing. The service is below standard and the ordering process feels unreliable.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.
