Scammers, Poor customer service

I recently started a drone business and got insurance through Global Aerospace. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency so my plans to start a business had to be put on hold, so I cancelled my insurance. First I did it over the phone and was told they would send me the cancellation forms. They never showed up so I emailed to get a cancellation done. I was only insured with them for two weeks and they charged me $300 for canceling my policy. As if that wasn't bad enough, I never got my refund and they keep sending me paperwork to apply for a refund. I ended up having to do a chargeback and now my $1,400 is stuck in limbo. I was planning on using them again when I was able to start my business, but definitely not now. I'm a disabled veteran, and this is how these idi-ots treat me. Stay FAR away.
