SCAMMERS!

Bought a microphone from them via Amazon, I requested assistance (I was supposed to have 2 years warranty) and they asked me to pay the shipment (40€). The value of the microphone was 200€, they never sent it back. Almost 5 months have passed now… SCAMMERS!

Do not order from this company

Same as other people nothing arrived after a few weeks, was told not in stock asked for a refund and got the same response as others below. Told by them I can instruct a lawyer?? Which is totally bizarre for the sake of £100 it’s not the point when you pay for goods I either expect the goods or my money back it’s simple!!

Warning! Company is suspended and managed by a Commercial Court decissions

Warning! It seems the company Global Audio Store is filing for bankruptcy. It is currently in suspension of payments and is managed by a receiver appointed by the Commercial Court. See their mail below:

As a result of this situation, and in accordance with French government directives, we are no longer able to accept returns of orders for standard exchanges, refunds or repairs.
Receivables will shortly be managed by a receiver appointed by the Commercial Court.
We regret this situation, which is beyond our control, and apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that should you still wish to return your order to us, we will not be able to take any action downstream of this return.
In the event of an exchange or repair, we can only invite you to contact the brand of your reference directly in order to benefit from a possible assumption of responsibility or exchange.
In the event that you no longer wish the product due to retraction, we invite you to resell it on your own, or to wait for a legal representative to be assigned to us.
If you have a current order that is awaiting dispatch or a refund, please contact us by e-mail so that we can modify your order with one or more products that we have in stock for the amount of your order before 22 October 2024.
The court-appointed representative will take over our receivables at the end of October in order to ensure that all outstanding customer refunds are paid.

Was told item wasn't in stock

Was told item wasn't in stock, then asked for a refund, they said would take 14 working days. I contacted them regarding the refund and this is what I got in response:

Scam

Scam! Simple as that. They made me pay and couldn’t send it. So I canceled, requested a refund and they don’t make the refund after more than 14 business days. So I had created a dispute.

I ordered an Ashdown bass amplifier…

I ordered an Ashdown bass amplifier after finding these guys online. The price was crazy low compared to most others but as the item was not available from stock I would have to pay in advance and wait a while to receive it. Risky you might think, I did, but as their communication was honest and prompt I went ahead.

Meanwhile I looked around for a cabinet to go with my amp when it arrives. Once again GAS had one listed way below what everyone else was asking for them and they had it in stock so I ordered one.

GAS are in Toulouse and I'm in Malaga, I was given a tracking number and waited.

It arrived a day early and no transport charge, can't get better than that.

Thank you Global Audio Store, excellent service and unbeatable prices for quality equipment.

bought a guitar worth over 1500e, received b-stock

Either they dont care what theyre selling and dont inspect their merchandise or they knowingly sell B-stock guitars as brand new.

Got a schecter sls elite which was advertised as brand new, a guitar which costs over 1500euros which turned out to be b-stock.

Let this be a warning to all of you, check the items you receive in due time, dont be like me and trust the brand and the store.

Very bad experience. Avoid buying

I had a very bad experience with Global Audio Store. I bought a Flight Gut850 guitar with them. For 3 months they didn't ship asking me to be patient. After that I asked for a refund which they said they had done, but never arrived. Luckily I had payed through Paypal and reported the situation. Global Audio Store asked me several times to cancel the case in Paypal but refusing to ship or refund me.

Today, Paypal informed that I will be refunded.
It's very difficult to believe that Global Audio Store was anything but dishonest. I would avoid buying there at all cost.

Prices are good, Experience is horrible in case of issues

Prices are good, customer service is incompetent.
Bought 3 times from them.

1st time: a Mono bag, no issue.

2nd time: Bought a bass, no quality control, arrived with broken trussrod. Dozens of emails back forth, about 5 weeks before i got a refund and return label.

3rd time: bought an amplifier with power amp issues, confirmed defective with the manufacturer, waiting again 10 days to get a return label, when the logistics have already been dealt with by tje manufacturer and their distributor. GAS is again not responding in a timely manner.

Looks to me they buy B Stock or whatever and don’t label it as such.

Order cancelled, no refund, no reply to emails

In April I placed an order online for Euro 549. Even though the page said "Available on request" and suggested calling them to have more details, I still placed the order. My card was charged immediately but after a few minutes I received an email saying they didn't know when the product would be available, maybe at the end of the year. I cancelled the order right away asking for a refund. I got a message saying the refund would be paid between 10 and 14 working days. After a month I still haven't received anything. I sent 2 emails asking for an update, no answer. I tried to call: most of the times nobody answered. One time I got someone who didn't speak any English. Once I got to talk to someone who confirmed (in English) a refund is due and it would be paid in 24 hours. After 3 days still nothing. Another email went unanswered. I just initiated a transaction dispute with my bank & credit card.

Avoid if from UK

Wish I had read earlier reviews.

Ordered a guitar. I had a letter 2 weeks later saying I had £50 to pay in UK tax before Parcel force would deliver. This wasn't clear when purchasing. It took over 2 weeks to arrive but that is fine, I can live with that. Even the VAT is OK. I should have considered this. However, the guitar was poorly packaged and had some significant damage. I immediately contacted the shop, who said they were 'raising ticket' with the delivery company. 24 days later and I still have not received any refund or details on the return delivery. They have ignored my previous 2 emails. Looks like I'm now out of pocket and pursuing getting my money back somehow. No idea how to claim for the VAT. Shocking experience. I ordered the guitar 6 weeks ago!

Do not order here...

I had to cancel my order due to delivery difficulties. A simple task - nothing sent, nothing lost, just an easy refund. But no - I had to involve PayPal to get my money back. A very stressful and time consuming process. Felt real scammy in the process. They always wanted to close my case in PayPal before I get my money back, though PayPal tell you always never to do that. I do not know if the guys are scammers or highly incompetent - either way not recommended to work with ever.

Take the money and run

I placed an order and paid for a 2 day shipping.
The next day received a tracking link.
After a month the shipping did not move at all.
Sent several mensajes but they did not do anything to solve It and they do not want to refund.
Even so the say they shipped the order and this and that.

Now I have to ask PayPal to give me back the money.
Time wasted.

Many days their website does not even work, do not trust them.
