No response to enquiry
The ordering process went smoothly. Looked like a good place to order a package for the F1 GP in Spa/Belgium.
However, 3 times I had filled out the contact us form to ask a question and so far I got no reaction, never mind a reply. After spending a lot of money, this doesn't feel great and I wonder if everything will work out well...
Otherwise it would have been 4 or 5 stars
UPDATE: The support has been in touch, explaining a technical difficulty with the online form and answered my question. All good now.

Slow process. high price
It took a long time to issue the tickets.
customer service also replied very slow.
Price is 38% higher than offical website and the official website issue the ticket much faster.

Great experience
Great experience but room for improvement
We stayed at Global Tickets Glamping for the Belgian Grand Prix. Great tents, great parking, great staff, great showers and toilets. Great proximity to the track. Unfortunately the breakfast and dinner was a bit disorganised. We queued for over 30 minutes on some occasions. Though they resolved this on the third night. Overall a good experience and would use again, assuming they’ve learned from the issues.
