From our initial meeting with Trevor (Sales Team) to the fitting of our new front door, the efficiency, professionalism and quality of service was second to none. David, Keegan and Dylan who did the fitting were really friendly and their workmanship was excellent. We would recommend Global Windows to anyone looking for windows and doors

We recently purchased new windows and doors for our four-bedroom house (10 windows, a patio door, and a back door). From our first visit to the Handsworth showroom to the final installation, everything was handled professionally.
Trevor, the salesman in the showroom, was fantastic — not pushy at all, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the quality and options available. He later visited our home, measured up, and discussed the style and opening options for each window. The quote he provided was very reasonable, and considering the quality and professionalism, we felt there was no need to get additional quotes — it would have been like comparing apples with pears!
Once we agreed on the price, a surveyor came round to take accurate measurements, explained about the scaffolding, and confirmed the job would take around three days. The lead time was about eight weeks, and the fitters arrived exactly as agreed.
The installation team were brilliant — they laid dust sheets down, worked tidily, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and made sure we were happy with the internal patching-up.
The finished windows look fantastic. Even our window cleaner commented on how good they look and could tell straight away they were top-quality products.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Global Windows to anyone looking for excellent service, quality products, and professional installation.

I originally saw Global on LinkedIn & noticed what fantastic work they do so decided to visit their showroom in Sheffield to have a look & satisfy my curiosity to ensure the quality was good. The visit was very much worth my while as I was so impressed with the quality & range on offer. Not only that but Doug who answered our question on that Saturday morning was so polite, professional & helpful but not on any way pushy or on the sales drum he just left us to it & was at hand for any questions or information we required. What a pleasant experience !

He knew every detail down to the ironmongery such as options on handles, hinges, finishes what our particular door would include as we wanted a high quality stable door with excellent security & it was all explained on the day.

Following the visit at home we chose our colour that we had actually seen in the showroom Agate grey it’s lovely & slightly different with the satin handle hinges etc. some hardware only came in stainless such as the tower bolt that goes between the two doors but it looks great.

I called in for a quote following our decision & Paul who did my quote explained deposits lead time etc & that a survey would be done for actual measurements.

We put a deposit on & our lead time requirement being a bit longer wasn’t a problem GlobL are so accommodating.
The guy who did the survey was so professional & explained everything, James maybe ?

A couple of follow up calls to ensure we weee still ok for the fitting date & sure enough the fitting guys arrived on time & 2 hours later we had a new back door & we absolutely love it !

From start to finish Global have been fantastic!
I’d certainly use them again for doors & windows if required & have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends & family as I have my absolute trust in them !

We recently had new windows with double glazing fitted by Global Windows and would recommend them to anyone. The complete process was so simple, and we are so very pleased with the finished job. This is the 3rd time we have used Global – before was a conservatory and then a new front door and we are happily enjoying them years later.
We kept things simple with a phone conversation, a competitive quote, then a quick visit by Global to confirm all sizes and requirements. Good communication from the office and we were kept up to date with visit dates and timings. The day of fitting soon came round, and a special thanks to the fitters David & Keegan who carried out all the work professionally and politely. All the staff have always been so friendly to us and helpful with any questions. New windows are now in, all tidied up and neatly finished off so only a very small amount of decorating will be needed to get our window recesses to match our excellent new windows.
It’s so nice to have a local firm that can be relied on to do a quality job for a good price. Thank you.

The after sales is as amazing as the sales and build. I needed an end cap replacing on my 8year old conservatory, no quibble and the maintainance man was friendly professional nothing was too much trouble and lovely to see the same staff from when it was first installed. Needed a replacement window. Quick to quote, didn't need several visits, no additional costs. Fitters polite, quick and tidy. I wish I'd come to Global first.

Having recently needed all my windows and doors replacing (April 2025) I chose Global Windows to do the work.
I have to admit that I was dreading a job this size but Global were brilliant as is their product.
From Trevor, who came out to quote, to James who surveyed my home, to the team (Andy and Shaun) who did the installation and the rest of the Global team, the whole process was hassle free and everyone at the company were professional, pleasant and Andy and Shaun always cleaned up any mess prior to leaving for the day.
