Conservatory - new roof
We originally had our conservatory built in 2005 by Global Windows, and we’ve been delighted with it. Now that the time has come to upgrade and install a roof, who else to turn to than Global. We visited their site and were impressed with our reception and the knowledge and professionalism of the Sales team. We decided to obtain a quote. This was duly delivered, and dates agreed for the installation of our new Icotherm roof. The installation team (Mark & Leighton) arrived promptly and set about the installation, noise and disturbance were kept to a minimum and they tidied up each day before they left. The electricians (M4 Electrical Solutions Ltd. ) also maintained this high standard and made sure we understood what was taking place. The plasterer (Stuart) followed and carried out an excellent job and again tidied up very thoroughly each evening. After the finishing touches were complete we had no hesitation in providing sign off and are spending many happy hours in our new conservatory – many thanks to the Global team for our new conservatory – well done.

We had a back door fitted today by Global. Their service is excellent from the initial consultation to the fitting of the door. Their fitter arrived on time took 4 hours to fit the door and left the place spotless . I would highly recommend Global.

Conservatory Roof and doors
We have recently purchased a new front and back door, and a solid Conservatory Roof. The materials and work done were of exceptional quality. All the work was done according to the schedule we received from Global.
We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Bi Fold Doors
If I could give this company minus 5 I would!!! Absolutely rubbish product sold that is not fit for purpose. We paid £6000 for two door and on both doors have 3cm gaps. I have had numerous call outs and every engineer that has come from global has said the doors fitted are not fit for purpose and are now obsolete. I have had to leave a doors open all night on many occasions as they keep dropping. This has been happening over a six year period and was advised to use wd40??? I have since had the door re sprayed by my new windows company Walkers and now global said they will not honour their warranty agreement because of the change. The engineers are fantastic but management were awful. A manager did come out and offer to replace them with aluminium doors at extra cost of £10000. I will now be taking this matter further.

The bifold doors were installed 8 years ago, and our last visit to adjust them was 4 years ago. At that time, there were no 3cm gaps present in the doors. Since our last visit, we understand that you had the doors sprayed by a third party, which likely involved taking the doors apart to complete the spraying process. This raises the possibility that the gaps may have resulted from incorrect reassembly by the third party.
Regarding the warranty, we must emphasize that our guarantee was suspended due to the intervention of a third party. This is a standard policy upheld by any company, as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions. If you had contacted us prior to having the doors sprayed, we would have informed you that this action would void the warranty.
We also want to clarify that we did not quote £10,000 for the replacement of the doors. Additionally, we do not recommend using WD40 on our doors. As per our maintenance instructions, we advise using 3-in-1 oil instead.
We take our customer feedback seriously, and a member of our management team has tried to reach out to you to discuss your review and discuss your comments. We value our customers and aim to provide the best possible service, so it is important for us to understand the full context.

Wow Global.. you set the standard high!
Wow Global... where do i start! Absolutely fantastic customer service from start through to completion. Our project was complex enough to involve multiple teams and each and every one of them went above and beyond and took the stress away. Global set the standard others should follow. Special mention to Allan our first point of contact, Andy and Shaun our fitters and Joe who kept everything moving and kept us in the loop at every stage, but equally everyone on our project deserves the plaudits here.
