Every time I had issues they said it wasn't covered in warranty my door handles stick and the chrome's comming off in the first couple of years
Sorry not covered I wouldn't buy a nothing again from this company looking for a conservatory but this company won't be on the quote list

Just had a new composite door fitted. Happy from start to finish from choosing the door at the showroom, arranging and finally the fitting.

What a great company, the fitters Arron & Keegan, where superb polite,friendly and very clean will deffo have them back to sort our conservatory out later in the year. Brilliant no other word 👏

In November 2023, Global Windows replaced our leaky 28 year old conservatory with a properly built sunroom extension. We found them to be a really good company to deal with, and are delighted with the outcome. Global did a great job, from the design advice and the survey, all the way through the actual build. The staff on the project –builders, fitters, plasterer and electrician, were very experienced and their workmanship was to an excellent standard. They worked extremely hard through less than ideal weather, kept to schedule, and tidied up very well at all stages. There were regular site visits from Joe, the project manager, who kept us well informed and dealt very quickly with any queries we had, making the whole process painless and stress-free. The buildings inspector visited several times, and even the owner of the company! The new sunroom has transformed the back of the house. All in all, Global are very professional and well organised, and they delivered excellent value for money; we highly recommend them.

Glad we chose Global for our recent windows. From start to finish the whole experience has been great & I couldnt fault the company at all. Starting with Doug in the showroom, who didn't harass us (We have anyone giving us the hard sell!), he just let us browse through the entire shop until we where ready to discuss things further, to James the surveyor who swiftly booked in and conducted a quantity survey of the entire house to Mark & Ant fitting the windows in such a timely manner and in quite awful weather too!

All very knowledgeable & professional people, was quite worried over the amount of work that would have been needed for the front of the house however Mark & Ant knew what they were doing from start to finish.

I'd like to mention again Mark & Ant who did a brilliant job fitting the windows professionally from start to finish. Turned up exactly when they said they would and made sure we where OK with everything along the way. They also left each room spotless after finishing and did a great job repointing some of the brickwork after completion. We hope when we do come back for our doors we get Mark & Ant again.

We'll see you again for the doors shortly I'm sure.

Just an update for a composite door we had fitted in September, noticed a small issue with the door needing a little push to complete the locking process, after it was closed.
All it wanted was a small adjustment on the locks, and now all good.
From my telephone to Global Windows, to arranging an engineer to call, and rectify the problem all went smoothly and sorted promptly.

Just had a new door fitted by Global Windows. We visited their showroom and had a lovely welcome. The receptionist got their salesman Doug to explain all the different options. We chose the door and Doug came to check all our measurements. We were never under any pressure. Shaun and Andy who came to fit the door were very friendly, neat and tidy and left no mess. Having obtained four quotes to supply and fit 13 windows and three doors we decided to go with Global Windows. Although they were not the least expensive, they turned out to be good value and did not cause us any doubts about whether we had made the right choice.
From initial contact with Paul (who visited and produced the quote), through James (who completed the detailed survey) Andy and Shawn (the installers) to Michael (who followed-up to replace a slightly scratched door hinge), all impressed. Everything was totally professional. Andy and Shawn deserve a special mention for toiling away without complaint replacing 5 of the windows and a patio door in a south facing wall in the blazing sun with temperatures approaching 30 degrees.
We would not hesitate recommending this company.

Global is always my first choice for doors, windows and conservatories. They have always been consistently good and competitively prices. In my opinion, there is no reason to look anywhere else. I have been a Global customer for over 20 years and have always been happy with their service, quality and aftercare.

We had the pleasure of having a conservatory designed and built by Global Windows of Rotherham years ago and have been delighted and satisfied with such an excellent addition to our home. It is light, airy, comfortable and pleasure to be in with beautiful quality windows and doors and
workmanship second to none.
14 years have passed on and it had recently developed a ‘niggle’ on the exterior. We rang Global for advice, who listened, responded and agreed to send someone out.
The next day Russell (who was at our original installation) and Joe came out to inspect, giving reassurances. A date was agreed for this exterior work to be carried out. This has now been attended to promptly, efficiently and professionally by Mick and Mark. Both smiling, getting straight on with the work on arrival. Thank you so much.
We cannot recommend and rate Global and staff highly enough. We have never had a moment of regret purchasing from Global Windows U.K. They are the best. We speak from experience.

I can't recommend Global Windows enough. They are well-priced, quality windows with excellent service. Crucially (and unusually with a lot of things) their after care is great. I had a small issue that they came and sorted very quickly with no fuss. They gave me a time and arrived at that time. Myself and my partner can not praise global windows enough.
From start to finish we have had the best experience. We have had 10 windows and 2 composite doors.
Firstly our meeting with Trevor who spent a good 1.5 hours with us talking us through every detail and answered any questions we had. Showed us examples of their windows and doors. Helped choose colours and designs that would be right for our home. You absolutely need Trevor when choosing your new windows and doors, you are guaranteed to have the best.
Communication was brill throughout it all, they called on the second day of installation to ensure we was happy with how everything was going and happy with the service from the installation guys.
Now on to the installation guys, requesting them is a must. Andy and Shaun fantastic guys, turned up on time and cracked on. No messing or slacking just got the job done. They do their job to perfection, clean up after each day, very friendly with great customer service. Took so much care with our home. They are an absolute credit to the company.

Will 100% recommend global windows. Top service and great price.

Firstly, apologies to all the team at Global Windows. We had a large installation done in April/May but we’ve been in such a mess since it’s taken this long to even throw a few words up.

The time, effort and extra attention to detail throughout the process was outstanding. Every team involved in what turned out to be a 3/4 week job worked to make my home a better place.

They never came to us with problems, only solutions. If we had a problem or query or some new bright idea we wanted implemented, they made it happen with minimal fuss, and Joe(project manager) was never but a call away.

My only complaint would be that we asked not to have the vents in the bi-folds as we wanted maximum glass, and if we had been told they were mandatory we would have gone for taller doors to accommodate.

Other than that, I would highly recommend Global to anyone looking to get work done. I can’t praise their quality, workmanship enough and the improvements they made to the house structure makes their work stand out even more.

Very impressed with Global Windows from the start. Kept informed of progress all the way up to the fitting day.
Originally I only wanted the two doors and the kitchen and bathroom windows replacing. The low/fair pricing allowed me to add the two bedroom windows as well and still be way under my perceived budget.
The fitters (father & daughter) arrived on the agreed date and fitted the lot in one day, not two as first thought. They did an excellent professional job, the quality of their work is exceptional.
The composite (front) door looks great, as does the rest.
We're so happy to now have doors and windows that actually fit in their hole, that close properly and don't let the wind blow through. I can already feel the difference.

We had Global install two new windows in our home. They were brilliant start to finish. Very professional, very accommodating and very attentive. Communication was excellent all through the process. Global Windows where a pleasure to deal with and are already booked in to install my parents windows.

We used Global Windows to replace our existing doors and windows. From initial sale to installation process they provided a friendly and professional service.
