I booked an hotel room last week

I booked an hotel room last week, payment was accepted and booking confirmed and when when we went to the hotel they said that they didn’t receive our booking and the hotel is full
Because of them I had the worst weekend plus the call center agent for almosafer was not helpful , very bad experience

I would give them ZERO if I could

I saw a previous review stating the same issue. I've booked in, or at least what is meant to be, a 4-star hotel. I was shocked once I've received a receipt with a completely different 2-star hotel! I've tried to get my money back but obviously, that did not happen.
WARNING they have the worst customer service ever. They'll keep lying to you and give you false promises. I wish I haven't trusted them.
Please please please AVOID at all costs. If you want an excellent customer service where they respect you & don't lie to you, then you should head elsewhere. Probably sticking with the leading few genuine companies would be best.
Horrible experience.

Never Again.

After screwing up my first booking in Dubai they rebooked me into another hotel and confirmed by email to me Upon arrival though the second hotel never received any confirmation and so no booking. I then spent the best part of four hours sat in the hotel lobby attempting to get anything in the way of an answer from a customer service that didnt exsist. Eventually after numerousd promises broken and calls not returned I gave up. From this experience I lost not only an important business meeting and four hours of my life but all trust and respect in a company that is unable to fulfil anything once it has taken your money. Dont make the same mistake I did and do not book with this company, it might seem cheaper but there is a reason why.

Almosafer is Very Bad

I booked two rooms by almosafer app in a hotel that rated as five stars and i paid about 1400$ in advance by visa but when i reached to the hotel i found that it's very bad hotel and even it's didn't reached to three stars, then I canceled my booking and they did but they didn't send my money back. The rating and the description of the hotels in almosafer app is totally not matching with the real. So I'll give this agency bad rating.
