I am writing this review to warn everyone about Bitexen Global. Out of nowhere, my account was restricted and terminated due to alleged "policy reasons," completely locking me out of the platform. While a platform has the right to choose its clients, they DO NOT have the right to seize or withhold personal user assets.

I have my own personal USDT balance inside this restricted account. Withholding a user's funds without any legal court order or official governmental decree is a direct violation of international financial regulations and constitutes unlawful enrichment.

I have already initiated a support request, and my official Ticket ID is 975619. Despite following up multiple times, the compliance and risk departments are intentionally delaying the process and keeping my funds hostage with zero helpful updates.

I demand that Bitexen Global immediately processes my remaining USDT balance and transfers it manually to my external wallet. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to global financial regulatory authorities, security compliance bodies, and report them across all major crypto community platforms.

My withdrawal has been under AML review for over 12 days.

I submitted all requested documents, transaction proofs, and explanations in full, yet I keep receiving only automated responses saying that my case has been forwarded to another department.

No clear status update, decision, timeline, or refund has been provided so far.

This lack of transparency and prolonged holding of user funds is unacceptable. I am simply requesting a clear resolution: either enable the withdrawal or refund the remaining balance.

I hope Bitexen Global will address this issue properly.

Withdrawal was enabled only after I deposited additional funds.
After submitting a withdrawal request, my account was disabled.

All requested KYC / EDD documents were submitted, yet my funds have been retained for weeks with no resolution.
Support repeatedly responds with automated messages stating that the issue is “forwarded to the relevant department,” without providing a timeline or solution.

This experience raises serious concerns regarding fund retention and withdrawal practices.

The balance in my Bitexen account has been reset to zero without my knowledge or consent, despite the fact that I did not perform any transaction and received no prior or subsequent notification.

When I checked my account history, there is no withdrawal or transfer transaction approved by me. Upon logging into my account, seeing that all my assets were displayed as zero has caused serious financial and emotional distress.

Regarding this issue, no email, SMS, or any other form of notification was sent to me by Bitexen either before or after the incident.

I hereby formally request a clear and written explanation regarding:
• Why and how my balance was reset,
• To which address my assets were transferred and through which transaction,
• All related blockchain transaction records and detailed information.

If this matter is not resolved, I would like to state that I will proceed with formal complaints and legal actions through the relevant authorities. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my balance be fully restored.

I made a deposit on this exchange and transfered it to derivatives account, then made some trades and busted my balance up to 100$, next i was trying to transfer my funds back to main account to withdraw it and everytime i tried to make a transfer it couldnt let me, day after trading i logged into account and wanted to try transfer again but i see that my balance is 0$, all funds is gone, profit and even my funds that i deposited.
THIS IS A SCAM EXCHANGE!!!
