Ordering directly from Prana sucks. They are super slow to ship anything and they don't care if you say something about it. Very poor customer service attitude. It would probably be better to ord... See more

Giftcard nightmare
I received $500 gift cards which were weirdly separated in 2 gift cards of $200, one of $75.00 and one of $25.00. I could not place more than one gift card at a time for a transaction and when I contacted Prana about it, they only answered generic emails. After 4 emails, I decided to go ahead and lose $ with each transaction. I spent $18.00 on the $25.00 GC and lost the rest, spent $221.00 and had to pay $21.00 with my CC, etc... The last transaction was for the $75 GC and it came up to a total of $75.21 that I ran my CC for. Prana is refusing to process my CC for the $0.21. I guess it is not enough? I feel robbed. This should not be legal. I have sent them more emails and I am waiting to hear from them.
UPDATED
UPDATE: After writing this review, the return and refund process moved along quickly. I don't know what the hold up was, but I am satisfied now. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. . ORIGINAL REVIEW: Make sure you want to keep your order. It has been over 3 weeks since I returned some shirts to Prana via their process. I have no communication from them. I sent an email to them with only "rote" responses stating they will respond to me email sometime. I called them and they state they are closed despite the fact I called during normal business hours. I am trying to wrap my mind around the fact that I will be out $181.00 now. I have never had such a total lack of response from other businesses. I know that all this is happening during the covid-19 pandemic. But, if they can take my money and ship items out in reasonable time frames, they can certainly communicate with me about my return and refund me my money.
I recently bought a pair of Prana
I recently bought a pair of Prana, Hele Mai pants. Although they were a fairly expensive pair of pants the material they are made of is very thin and I was immediately worried about how they would hold up. Because they are comfortable I decided to keep them, but within a couple days I noticed they were pulling at the seams near the pockets. Already there are two holes wearing at the sides of the pockets on each side, before I've even washed them. Based on this I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of their clothing, I would hope to be able to keep an $80.00 pair of pants for at least a few years. It also makes me question their supposed dedication to sustainability, if the construction is this lacking.
Very comfortable!
I've used these on 2 weekend hikes along the Appalachian Trail (about 70 miles) and I love them. they stay surprisingly clean while you are on the trail and are very comfortable. I have only used them in cold weather, but i'm sure they would be fine in warmer as well.
