Never delivers at first attempt to the…

Never delivers at first attempt to the correct adress . And the problem is not my adress. I tried more then one. The problem is :

1) A part of What we write on the adress field is always omitted on the deleverie printed version

2) Your carrier in portugal is awful . I think is ups , and they are really rude in this country

Very bad

Very bad.

I ordered 2 items, they didn't fit and returned them the following day. That was last November 2019.

Since then, I contacted them several times and got no reply. Eventually, late December they replied!

I'm still waiting on my refund!
