RMAS SUPER RÁPIDOS
O RMA é um procedimento que o cliente pode usar para devolver produtos que estão com defeito ou precisam de reparo. Se acontecer depois de 14 dias da compra, quando a nossa política de devolução padrão termina, podes ainda solicitar um RMA para garantir que o teu produto seja reparado ou substituído.

RESOLUÇÃO DE DOA EM 24H ÚTEIS
Nestas situações, após recebermos a notificação por parte do cliente sobre o problema que encontrou, nós comprometemo-nos a resolver o problema do produto em DOA, dentro do nosso período de SLA, que para esta situação é no máximo de 24 horas úteis.

SERVIÇO DE APOIO AO CLIENTE
Ninguém gosta de ficar sem resposta às suas questões. Por isso mesmo, aplicámos um SLA que varia consoante a situação. Por exemplo, se enviares um e-mail até às 17h de um dia útil, garantimos que respondemos no mesmo dia. E se por acaso não conseguirmos atender uma chamada até às 17h, podes contar que ela será retornada até às 12h do dia útil seguinte.

EXPEDIÇÕES E ENTREGAS
Por fim, mas não menos importante, sabemos o quão importante é receberes a tua encomenda o mais rápido possível. Desta forma, garantimos que todas as encomendas realizadas até às 18h de um dia útil, serão expedidas no mesmo dia - incluindo em época de Black Friday e Natal.

Assim que a encomenda é encaminhada para o circuito de distribuição das transportadoras com qual trabalhamos, o prazo estimado para entrega varia entre 24 a 48 horas úteis.

Overall good service 👍

Sometimes they fail a bit. The majority of the time they don't but if U re specifically looking for ready bought tech/products and peripherals/accessories u will stay happy about the store. On the case of PC building it's somewhat great unless one of the components is faulty in that case u might find yourself stuck without or device for a good while until it's fixed... So the problem is when there's a fault they take a bit to fix it... I'm not fully knowledged on the common practices of desktop building and repair but I can somewhat understand in the majority of situations for the time it takes to fix certain tech... Well that's all from me folks. Good shop some difficulty in repairing products that's all. Still recommend.
