We did the day pass on our last day, was good value for money. Pool was nice, lunch was good, staff friendly.

Great way to spend a relaxing day in Marrakech after you’ve done the sights and need a break from the souks. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Drinks are not included in the lunch package and are quite pricey.
Make sure you agree taxi fare with the driver before you leave - should be no more than MAD150. The driver will otherwise try and ask for more.

Came here with a day pass for the pool including lunch. Very relaxing quiet and lovely staff who go above and beyond for you. The lunch was beautiful, the best I’ve had while in Marrakesh. Highly recommend coming here if you want to have a relaxed day with brilliant hospitality to break up your stay.

it was a nice swimming pool but the service could be better. The cold latte was a mixture with water. It wasn’t real coffee and a big disappointment

The amenities on site are great for a day pass, tranquil and quiet location if you wish to escape the busy city!

We booked a day pass while in Hurghada, payed a deposit, travelled to this hotel only to be told they hadn’t received any booking request from global day passes and had no idea what we were talking about. They said they don’t offer the day passes by any third party website and day passes can only be purchased straight through their website. We had to pay full price at the door after a lot of back and forth, luckily the receptionist was very kind and let us purchase one. We are yet to hear back from global day pass about getting our money back for the deposit we payed. Be very careful when booking through this website and check directly on the hotel website!! Safer to purchase straight through the hotel then risk showing up and being turned away (and losing your deposit)

Booked a day pass for a hotel with a heated main pool as our hotel was too cold to swim. When we arrived at the hotel the main pool was split into two, a large one and a smaller one a 1/3 of size of the larger pool. We was told only the smaller one was heated, this was 1/3 1ft, a 1/3 2 Ft and a 1/3 3.5ft obviously designed as a children’s pool and it was full of children, as an adult you could walk in and sit… no room to swim and to be honest even if empty a couple of strokes and you are at the other side. I complained straight away to Global day pass who said they did not mislead and it was still the main pool that was heated. We could have stayed at our original hotel as we did not enter the child’s pool as what’s the point! I wanted to swim not sit in a plunge pool with lots of children splashing about. Don’t take Global Day pass at their word, do the research on what’s provided. To top it off I got served under cooked chicken at lunch too! And staff stood around arguing with each other 😬. Waste of money but the grounds were nice kept and pool guys were friendly, yeah there was a positive!

Was on vacation with my family in Morocco on a budget and found this website looking for pool to spend the day at with the kids. Overall the experience with the website was pleasant but a bit confusing as to having to leave a deposit on the website and paying the rest at the hotel.

For a very fair price you can visit an oasis of tranquility and calmness in otherwise very busy and noisy Marakech, Mirage D'Atlas pool pass is truly one of the best ways I've spent my money in Morocco.

I was holidaying in Prague with my patner when my partner asked to visit a pool. Our hotel lacked one, and on the internet, all the pools were too large and far away. Let's just say not ideal for a romantic getaway. Then I stumbled upon Global Day Pass and its wonderful selection. I booked us a day in the Corinthia pool and spa, which was on a rooftop overlooking Prague's mesmerizing views. It was above and beyond what we were looking for and made for a great date. However I am writing this review because of Global Day Pass' immaculate service, they did everything to make sure the booking went smoothly, answered all the questions we had, and were committed to us having a good experience. I can't recommend them enough and will be using their services in every destination I visit. Amazing team, and superb offers.
