Ordered the door and it was delivered on the date they said would be delivered. The door was easy to install and I was impressed with the locking system and level of security.

Ordered a new door for my kitchen/utility room online from Global Door - very easy to use website.
Door arrived promptly by a courteous delivery driver and was in perfect condition as it was well packaged. complete with installation instructions

Ourselves and the neighbours can't stop looking at this beautiful door! Just loved the fact that this could be designed to our specific taste. The on line information made it easy to customise the design. The lovely glasswork and curved steel handle gives it a "Charles Rennie Mackintosh" look and feel. We love the fact that the look of the door isn't spoiled by a letter box and that the locking system is robust. The white interior and glass make the hallway brighter. Special thanks to Katie at the office who answered our queries professionally and promptly. We really did feel that our custom was appreciated and we're proud to support British made.

I like the choice of doors, colours and security locks. The fitters are excellent and very professional.

The initial delivery date was incorrect from Global Doors. The first delivery date given to me was a Monday. I took a day off work and stayed in, nothing arrived. Phoned Global at 4.50 pm to ask what was happening and was told they had no idea. They phoned me the next day again to say not quite sure what had happened with the delivery company but that they could arrange another day. Upon speaking with the delivery driver, he stated that they never deliver in my area on a Monday. So clearly communication from Global was lacking.
The composite back door has been fitted but unfortunately appears to fall short in length by around 3 mm. The correct measurements were given when ordering. This has created a gap and a draft which is not what you want from a brand new door.

In comparison to other time wasters we've encountered, this one was reasonably priced and had excellent communication.
