Never received the phone i bought. They provided me a tracking with Royal Mail but it clearly shows that the item was somehow delivered to someone in Portsmouth. I live about 100 miles from Portsmouth and when i raise a dispute with ebay; ebay ignored my complaint and ruled in favour of global ebuy depite having evidence that i did not received. I tried raising it with Paypal and they ignored me as well. It seems that ebay and paypal somehow one and the same. I have paid by credit card and Barclaycard told me that they might be able to help and i have now raised a dispute with Barclay card.
I would only recommend them to someone i really hate.
