It was difficult to arrange the terms of the contract and I was working for close to 20 days without a contract.

The good communication skills and in realtime. I was well informed for the following steps at any Stage of the onboarding process

My onboarding experience with Global Expansion was incredibly smooth. The team was helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. All materials were easy to understand, and any questions were promptly answered. I felt welcomed the start.

Communication is either extremely laggy or non-existent.
I've received couple of emails from a person that presents themselves as my coordinator but is not listed as such on the GX1 platform.

The onboarding seamless and efficient. Every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism, and I felt valued as early as the onboarding started.

I recently had the pleasure of using GX1 and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations.

Feel free to customize any part of the process to better fit the specific service you want.

I did not know that my employment will be under Procloz in Singapore. I thought you have a registered office in Sg.

Onboarding: items discussed were lacking (though Jasmine did well). Items like Benefits, Home office set up, Life and Hospitalization insurance were not discussed.

Repetition of information already submitted: i submitted my personal information as required but then Procloz asked me to fill up a template requiring same info I already submitted

Really supportive and helpful when needed.

It was a short time working with GX but the experience was a good one, very useful induction and very easy and fast contact when needed.

GX team is very responsive and addresses all your queries in quick session

The officer given better explaination with clear example.always asking if have any questions before going too the next chapter.

The co ordinator was great and Always available to assist for any queries.

Overall, The journey was awesome..
