We needed to store our belongings for three months while moving to a new country because we hadnt found a home yet. Global Moves arranged the storage for us and, once we found our new place, delivered everything very quickly. It made the whole move much easier.
Communication throughout the process was clear, and we always knew what was happening with our belongings. Everything arrived in the same condition as when it went into storage. I would definitely use them again.

Really impressive service. It was incredibly easy to work out the price of my move myself, add or remove the services I needed, and book everything online.
I didnt actually speak to anyone at Global Moves before booking. I placed the order online, received confirmation of the collection date, and on the day the driver called me, collected my belongings, and everything was delivered a few days later.
Ive moved many times in my life, and normally it means finding companies, making calls, explaining everything, waiting for quotes and having someone trying to sell you a service. With Global Moves, I simply went to the website and booked what I needed.
Their system is basically Uber for removals. Choose what you need, see the price and book it. Very simple and very convenient.

My move to the Netherlands was a bit complicated because everything had to go up to the third floor using a furniture hoist. Global Moves arranged the hoist as part of the service, and the unloading went smoothly with no problems. Very convenient and well organised.

I was quite nervous about trusting someone with my move because I had already moved abroad and all my belongings were still in storage in the UK.
I thought I would have to fly back to England just to open the storage unit for the movers, but after speaking with Jack from Global Moves, he reassured me that collecting directly from storage facilities is something they do regularly.
So I made the booking. The team went to the storage facility, collected everything, and sent me photos of the empty room confirming that all my belongings had been picked up. A few days later, everything was delivered to me.
It made the whole process much easier than I expected, especially as I didnt have to travel back to the UK just for the collection.
