Reliable and excellent communication
I used Global Plug Services because I needed support for my Nigerian passport collection. They came to the rescue in helping to validate my NiN as I did not realise I needed to validate it until 3 days before my interview - they sorted the validation out within 24 hours. And when it came to the collection of the passport, they did so on our behalf within 10 days of engaging their services.
I found the team to be very reliable in managing expectations. They also communicated well in keeping me informed of their progress.
