this complaint is totally true and acas is involved with this matter and if the company dosnt resolve it with acas they will be taken too an employees tribunal for harassment ,not paying me my wage and no training provided ect
i have previously work with global security i would say if you are wanting full time/part time dont go for this job they run on zero hours contract which mean they dont have too offer you work at all
i would say look at Sheffield united direct because there after part time staff in bar and hospitality and more
plus when they do festival they provided transport which is great but they also provided for which is horrible and wxxk ,they say they only give them £3per person and that is for breakfast ,dinner and lunch but they have too water it down too feed 300 people food is horrible and they cook out of a burger van which is too small and not bigger enough for them too provide food. you camping equipment you have too provided them yourself and the uniform. the pay is 7.55 for stewards but you have too work 15 hour a day and you dont get payed till 15 of each month the interview is easy you fill forms in group induction and then you have the job they tell you there and you receive an email after the interview the next day say you have the job the next day they offer you work but the only have too provided you with 3-5 day only they dont have too give you work.

plus dont forget katie hargreaves how was sexually assault by a member of staff at fairford air show but wasn't taken sers by management this company is a shambles your supposed too listen and protect your staff but you didn't even get that right.

no DSC ,they didnt even check my references or they would have found that it was my sister and brother in law no check

and all you do is stand there and look pretty
