I would like to talk about my experience on this company.
I would like to talk about my experience, I'm new to this company and I was recommended by a friend, I really didn't like your service, due to the lack of response right away, and the company's police are hardly visible. I fought hard just to get an answer from your company. and when they respond they almost don't give an exact answer. Another thing I noticed was the price almost didn't match the purchase price. For me, I had a bad experience for the first time with this company. If they no longer work on weekends, they could have more energy to serve us satisfactorily.
They’re incompetent
They’re incompetent. Reviews below indicate over a 20% chance you'll be unhappy. Here’s what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution:
- Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages.
- Their customer service strategy seems based on “hope”, rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer.
- You’ll be lucky to get an email response.
- Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action.
- If they make an undertaking to do something, it’s unlikely they’ll follow through.
Consequently you’ll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.

Terrible!
It is the worst Forwarding service I ever used!
I signed up and shipped 3 packages to my suit and got them into my dashboard but could not ship them because my address was getting rejected.
I tried to contact them but their customer support is awful, if you email them they won't respond. The only way I managed to contact them was via WhatsApp but still, my problem was not solved.
I don't recommend this company at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I like many others who have left a review, I have had multiple attempts to contact the help team/customer service and contact gets ignore. When they have finally replied to my contact, they've ignore the whole email trail with all of the information, they've completely disregarded this and asked me to provide details for something which I already stated I couldn't do. They've taken my money and not credited my account so my package won't be released - this is theft and I am making a complaint to FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection if they don't resolve my issue within the next 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had much better experiences with Shipito - although Shipito's freight cost is a little higher, it is definitely worth using them as their customer service has been brilliant for many years and the rare time I've had an issue, they've resolved it within 24 hours.

Everything was good
It's a small company, but I made two shipments of iPads from the United States to Spain and everything went without problems.
Before using their services, I contacted support for a question and although it took a while, they responded.
The resending took almost a week after they received but it arrived correctly to Spain.

Globalshopaholics purposely delaying my package
Really poor customer service! Stay away!
My package DB2Y6027 has not been shipped yet. I paid right away after consolidation and waiting for it to be shipped since Friday, 29th March.
My emails and chats have either been ignored or they give out a generic reply with no real information.

Let me summarise my recent experience with them vs what they were supposed to deliver according to their terms of service:
Registering packages received into storage - took 6 business days. This supposedly should take no more than 12-16 business hours (2 business days).
Package consolidation - took more than 4 business days. This should take no more than 24 business hours (3 business days).
Shipping out the package - took more than 1 business day (I am still waiting for this even now...) This should take no more than 1 business day.
This is either fraud / false advertising or just blatant disregard to service commitments by Globalshopaholics!
It has taken more than 11 business days (more than 2 weeks!) and counting from the time my packages were delivered to storage and them being ready for shipping to me. Do you think this is an acceptable time frame?
Apart from that, it is so difficult to get in touch with their customer service, and even if you are able to get a response from them, their responses/assurances are never reliable anyway. For example, I was told that my package would be picked up by Fedex yesterday as I already made payment the day before - but that did not happen! Considering it is now already the weekend, it is certain that the package will only be collected on Monday at the earliest. Although I would not put my hopes up too high for that either!
I am writing this because I feel it is unfair for this company to consistently disregard their commitments and taking no real actions when I complain to them. Just lip-service. I do not know what is going on behind the scenes there but for me as a long-time customer with close to 40 shipments over 7 years with them, the decline in service is very apparent.
Due to these, I would not recommend Globalshopaholics to anyone.

I have tracked using Fedex many times before. I’m certain that the package has NOT been picked up yet. My guess is that it wasn’t placed in the shipping area early enough last Friday. Otherwise there would be movement and updates in the tracking status over the weekend.
Prove me wrong and I’ll delete this whole review.

Globalidiots have not arranged for Fedex to pick up my package. You would think that picking up the phone to call Fedex to come around and collect the damn thing is easy enough for them to do. But no. Package still stuck in their warehouse. Yet they have the audacity to declare that “there are no issues” from their end. I don’t know who currently runs this business but the person on the ground is doing a sh-yte job managing the shipments.

Terrible customer service. I reached out so many times asking for help and they either ignore or reply with a generic sorry email, never addressing the issue. I wish I had’ve read these reviews prior to using them. I’m thankful my purchase was relatively inexpensive, so many people have lost packages worth hundreds of dollars. Scam company, beware

Don't be fooled by these fake reviews. These guys are the worst of the worst. In all my years of online transactions, this has been the worst of all. You literally have to beg them for days for them to do anything for you. I shipped items worth $400 to them and after a whole month of painful back and forth, they end up giving me an outrageous shipping cost, triple the price offered by the ecommerce website I purchased from, so I told them I can't afford it and that they should cancel the order. It's been over 14 days now, they haven't cancelled, they haven't communicated anything so I guess they just want me to forget the order. And since am not in the states, I can't do anything else, I have to basically give up on my $400+ orders that's sitting at their warehouse.
Anyone who says these guys are for real, probably did a one item shipping, like I did sometime back. I feel that is a bait to get you to trust them and then place a bigger order where they will screw you over. Be very aware of these scums.

PACKAGE MIGHT GET LOST, ITS A GAMBLE
Package was worth more than 250+ dollars and it got lost, customer support was abysmal with average response time of once a week, and in the end they just shrugged and said: welp, its not with us, sorry and good luck.
And talking with other customers, they have been losing packages left and right.
so in the end, order from them if you like gambling, because you might or might not get you package lost.

missing items - no response
I only signed up in October and out of 8 items delivered to them 4 have not been logged and I have had no response to my emails. When I tried online chat they stopped responding once I said a parcel had not been logged. Looks like they are not reputable.

Great can recommend
I have updated my review, I have dealt with this company many times. I had a lost package that was marked as delivered by USPS but it never got to them. They reached out to me and offered a compensation even though as they said the package was not delivered. Even though the chat service on the website is not very responsive I will still recommend them because they tried to solve my issue. I will use their service again.
