Extremely poor handling and bad…

Extremely poor handling and bad customer service, with no Arabic support and no concern for the customer’s issues. They shipped boxes in my shipment that do not belong to me, causing a delay in receiving my shipment until today, and they have not resolved my problem. They are dealing with me foolishly.

Package misplaced and system issue. Bad service

I had 2 packages delivered, one on 3rd and the other on the 4th December. I tried to get them to combine and deliver from 16th December. They keep saying that they are waiting for one of the packages when I have given proof of delivery including photos. Then they say, they found it and re-request, which I have done 5 times over and nothing happens. I have to do everything over and over again.

In some cases, carriers may deliver packages to an alternate warehouse or holding facility before they are transferred to our main processing location. Because of this, a shipment can show as delivered while it is still in transit within the carrier’s network. However, we definitely want to investigate this thoroughly for you.

• Tracking number
• Delivery confirmation or proof of delivery
• Original invoice for the item

Changing my review after terrible excperience

Changing my review, the chat wait times are super long and you get terrible responses, like they're not even there. I've been waiting for 4 days for an updated after my order status became "purchased", it should've been shipped to their warehouse by now. With another provider this would've been on it's way to me by now. Super slow.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Shipping Delay - Mailbox SN-166485
To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my packages at your Delaware warehouse. I have noticed an irregularity in the processing of my items that requires immediate attention.

My Amazon order (Google Pixel 6, Order #114-9641903-7798651) was delivered to your facility on January 6th. Despite arriving first, this item has not yet been shipped to its final destination in St. Kitts.

What is most concerning is that items that arrived later, such as my Temu order (received on January 13th), have already been processed or are showing more activity than the mobile phone.

I request the following:

A clear explanation as to why the oldest item (the cell phone) is still being held.

Immediate prioritization of the shipment of this phone.

If there are any issues with the lithium battery or additional documentation, please notify me immediately, although this should not be grounds for withholding the shipment without prior notice.

I await your prompt response and confirmation of the tracking number for shipping the phone.

Customer non service

Customer non service. They advertised that they ship dangerous goods, but they don’t they hold your product then run you in endless circles around the chat. The phone number and face time options don’t work and nobody answers emails, so you are forced onto the chat circle.
Dangerous goods can be as simple as perfume etc so beware what you order. They also won’t answer your questions as to why they won’t do as they advertise, regarding shipping these products. They just keep changing the subject hoping that you will go away. Then they send you an email saying they will destroy your goods…. Keep it for themselves more likely. This companies advertising is shameless, misleading and totally false. They should be prosecuted.
