Global travel is not worth your time or money. I registered to become a travel agent with this company, and it turned out to be a disaster. You cannot be an independent travel agent under this company; you have to call them for everything when you book your clients. There is no way to see their bookings. When you email the client copies, they will not receive them unless you call and speak to someone to send the client their copies. Asking the operators questions is a waste of time because no one is knowledgeable enough and they just keep transferring you to other people. I had to call them over 10 times a day. This company is so outdated, and you have to pay for everything (meaning all the travel websites they offer).

I've been a GTI Agent since 2007. Viviana Polanco has been my Group Coordinator since 2016. She is very knowledgeable, keeps me updated and responds to my questions in a timely manner. She goes over and beyond especially when I have customers that submits reservations/payments late (after hours).

Ms. Polanco has a great way of listening to my needs and the needs of my travelers and working to make the travel a great experience.
Ms. Polanco, makes sure all of the "I" are dotted and "T" are crossed when working with clients.

Sharon Goodspeed did an excellent job booking our Viking river cruise. She gave us good advice on insurance and other details that gave us confidence in planning such a big vacation. Finally Joined
A friend of mine joined Global Travel a couple of years ago and frequently tells me it is a great way to book her family and friends' vacations. She has given me the information several times and I have always been too busy to check it out. Fast forward, I was put in charge of our family reunion for next year. I recently joined and am so excited to help my family come together and am able to provide them with savings. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Do not sign up with GT!
I had a very negative experience with GT. Their customer service is extremely poor, with little to no support—responses can take months. I strongly advise against signing up as a travel agent with them.
Based on my experience, commissions were not paid as expected! I spent nearly a year working with them and received only about 10% of payments despite paying for the Platinum package, which was supposed to provide a 90% commission!!
I hope the appropriate authorities review these complaints and investigate the situation further!

I signed up for this company wanting to know more about it. After you sign up you schedule a welcome call, in which every link that was sent would not work. Red flag number 1. You have a 2 week trial or your money back. You have to email or use chat in which No one answers till your 2 weeks has passed resulting in no refunds. There are so many red flags with those company. Please do not waste your money on this company.
