Globitude Travels 

Overall I liked Globitude Travels' services and support for my round trip flight reservation. The price they were able to get was the best over their competitors. One thing they could have done better was to fulfill my request to change to another airline for my departure flight but I was informed by another agent named Marshall that the agent who booked my flights, named Alex, was a newer agent so did not know how to change flights even though I called shortly after I made by booking. Most agents from other companies know how to make that change especially since it was still about 48 hours before the departure date. So I was not completely satisfied with my experience working with Alex but overall using Globitude was good and I would use them again for a future flight reservation.

Very helpful getting my flight setup!! Called me several times to make sure I received my boarding passes and everything was OK!

This travel agency need to provide an area where you can give them a 0. The 1 star they don’t deserve. This has been an horrible experience. I booked a flight July 11,2026 they provided me with what I’m going to say a FAKE ITINERARY!!!!!! I have no tickets and it’s been 24-48hours like they stated.I’ve been calling the phone number provided 30times. I started calling at 9:00am-10:49am NONSTOP and I received no answer. I tried using the chat NO RESPONSE. I sent an email on the site NO RESPONSE. I just sent an email to the reservations email address can you guess what happened NO RESPONSE. I have a family emergency I’ve already took the days off from work. I’m extremely frustrated with this whole thing. A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY……..

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I attempted to book a last minute flight for a funeral and they called me back requesting me to pay additional fees. I would be happy to pay the minimum taxes, but the fees they requested more than doubled the cost of the airfare. This was not made known to me at the time of the booking. I have requested for the trip to be cancelled within 10 minutes of making the booking but they are stating there will be a $100 cancellation fee. None of this is made known in advance. I still have not received my refund and I am very upset!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! I paid $400 for two tickets and they never sent me the tickets for the flight . They lie every step of the way . They are a complete scam.

We were in a crisis mode because I suddenly lost our airplane ticket. Globitude not only helped me find two tickets for the right price for the next day, they were kind and helpful and patient. I will be recommending to my family and friends!

This company is fraudulent in a disingenuous way.Their peson of contact calls himself Marshall Reed, with an Indian accent.No Indian goes by Marshall Reed.
They advertise low air fares and as soon as you pay..in my case , i paid $110.Then they called me to pay a balance of $220.I told them am no longer interested and they insisted they would not refund my $110. i was forced to pay $330 for a one way ticket.Upon buying.They refused to send my confirmation code insisting they will check me in automatically themselves and send a boarding pass.I refused this arrangement but was forced to wait.24 hours before flight i request for boarding pass still they did not provide only to call about 12hours to departure asking if i called American Airlines to cancel.How can i call when they never provide my flight detail.Then they “rebooked” on a cheaper airline Frontier but made sure i read a disclaimer that any issue had to be cleared with them.I got to airport and was delayed because,guess what they made sure an issue arose.They used a wrong DOB which made me believe is all a ploy to delay and bilk me at my point of flight.Then they said they found another flight and I was going along until it dawn these people are fraudulent and i told them an no longer interested.Guess what,they kept my credit card information and billed it without authorization effectively turning my $110 one way ticket into over $500.I did not use their ticket.Do not have anything to do with this company if you dont want to end up stuck at airport and lose your hard earned money.

Great customer service, answered all my questions fully throughout the booking process. Always got an answer with my phone calls.

I had a wonderful experience with the agency. My representative Marshall was very kind, efficient, and went above and beyond to keep in touch with me. He was very informative and "on top of things" regarding issues from the airlines that came up. Every effort was made to help out with any changes, delays, or questions I may have had. Seamless transactions are always wonderful. I will absolutely use this company again with my travels.

I was looking for an inexpensive last minute ticket to Atlanta and James helped me find a ticket for a great price. I was a little skeptical while waiting to receive my boarding passes, but everything went as expected. Overall I had a good and positive experience. This company is not a scam and I will be using Globitude for my future travels.

I previously posted and advised this company is a scam. I was required to take it down by Globitude. I was still due a return trip and they threatened to cancel and refund my balance which would have left me stuck out of state. I paid 643.00 to use this company and I would have had a better experience going through the airline. I was promised a $300 travel credit in which I never received. Communication is poor with this company. Never again would I use them or refer their services.

James was great, he helped me out when I was having a tough time finding a flight due to Spirit shut down. Although he could not get the price lowered to what I needed due to flight issues he could not control . He ended up adding free carry ons and first class upgrade. Thank you for bringing me home and keeping your word James!!!

My experience booking with you were well, I ordered my tickets and called multiple times to get a hold of someone for confirmation but thankfully James Marvin pulled through and answered my call. He got me set up on the right app for my flight home. He was very patient with me as the same for me towards him. Equal respect and great communication, thank you for your help.

I was looking for an inexpensive last minute flight to Arizona and flights were $800 plus. I found this travel agency through google. Globitude Travels. I called their reservation number (1-888-538-1160)or(402-909-099) and spoke to an agent who assisted me in finding an affordable flight. I paid $550 for a round trip flight on Southwest Airlines which would have cost me $800+ if I had booked it with Southwest. I will definitely use their services again. The issue that had me concerned was that I didn’t receive my boarding pass from them until about 2:30/3:00 am in the morning and I had a flight that departed 6:40am. I did express my concern and advised them that they needed to work on getting the boarding passes sent a lot sooner. Yapheh😊
