We dislike the misleading advertising say 8 day tour when all you do on first day is meeting for a hour and 2nd day only sightseeing in the morning and downtime in afternoon. And so called final day when you don't even see anybody you have breakfast and are on your own until transfer arrives.plus having to pay extra for evening meals. Many thanks Duncan

We had a great time on our Globus tour of London, Paris, and Amsterdam. The relaxed tour was the perfect mix of organization by Globus of transportation, hotels, and orientation tours, along with time to ourselves to explore each city. All the hotels were conveniently located near transit, and also walkable to key attractions.

The optional tours recommended by Globus (and operated through 3rd party companies) were well done. I very much enjoyed a tour we did of Stonehenge and Bath during our stay in London, and also a tour to see the windmills during our stay in Amsterdam.

This is my second tour with Globus, and I definitely will use them for future vacations!

Beth Mohan, our tour guide, did an excellent job. She explained what we’re seeing while traveling to our next stop. She also explained what we were about to see and how to take advantage of the best way to experience the view.

Our driver, Dave Germillion, was top shelf. He was nothing short of amazing.

My only complaint is the boring same thing everyday breakfasts. Which was the same as our Canadian Rockies tour last year.

Switzerland is an extraordinary and beautiful place. The experience was greatly enhanced by the fabulous Tour Guide Alina Chianin. She was organized, helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable. We had a medical issue arise and she immediately provided information to seek urgentcare and she was so supportive.
Constructive feedback: 3 out of 5 of the hotels we stayed at were uncomfortably hot during a heatwave. Hotel bathrooms are not mindful of safety such as installation of grab bars. Also showers/tubs very slippery. Water pressure typically weak or dont get hot.
The last hotel in Zurich The Kameha was close to rhe Airport but pretty far from the city center

Great company with great employees. Our family members have traveled with Globus six times now. Always top notch service and great experiences.

Great guide, driver, and punctuality.
But don't do the glamping! That part was not great.

Just wonderful from day 1. Excellent tour guide made the trip of a lifetime the best.
Gorgeous parks and resorts.

The history and architecture of the UK was the top high point. The staff, Huw Davies & Gary Rankin were the second top features. Huw and Gary made the trip enjoyable, educational, engaging, and memorable. The hotel accommodations were acceptable, it was not a “ hotel tour”, it was about the places, history, and the people of the UK. The food was good but did not vary, everywhere we went, we had the same choices for entrees. The excursions were interesting and reasonably priced. I wish we could have spent more time at the stops, it felt rushed.
The only negative I have to report was the return trip home. Our BA flight was cancelled the day of, with no warning and Globus did NOTHING TO HELP. The on site representative said she could do nothing, the GLOBUS travel agent was back in the US and it was 2 AM there. We could not reach the London GLOBUS offices and even though we booked our entire trip through GLOBUS and purchased trip insurance for 400 dollars US, we received NO assistance. If we do another GLOBUS tour, we will book our own flights through a real travel again to prevent this occurring again.

Highly experienced guide and bus driver. Guide provided a lot of extra details about the things we saw - not “just the facts”. She was lovely and entertaining.

Seeing four different islands was really nice. The hotels were good and the ocean views were great. Our tour guide Debbie did a great job keeping everything coordinated from the bus trips to the plane rides between islands. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our bus drivers all did a good job. The local information they gave us was great. Their sense of humor kept us all laughing.

Dino was a great guide! Very informative, friendly, caring & always has a smile.

The thoughtfulness of tour guide and driver. The information shared with us as we all learnt a lot about the area. Nothing was too much trouble and extra little detours were wonderful.

Great itinerary is why we chose Globus for our back to back trips. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and we also had enough free time. The buses they use are top and since we always choose small groups, there is PLENTY of room. Free wifi as well on board.

This was my 6th trip with Globus. That alone tells you how much I trust and enjoy this company. From the booking to the transfers to the great hotels and tour guides, this company takes care of everything. The daily itinerary and the optional excursions are chosen well. I just got home and am already planning my next trip.

Our tour director made the tour perfect. Her name is Ursula Pinna. Ursula went above and beyond to ensure everything went accordingly. I have gluten issues and with each dinner, she made sure the staff knew of my problem. Her organization skills, knowledge and personality are exceptional. Ursula is exemplary and should be recognized!

Things went as advertised. Tour director was professional, courteous and knowledgable about all aspects of the tour.

Globus had great hotels and the driver was fabulous we were somewhat disappointed by the excursions for the Vatican having to be selected and only part of our group was able to go.. I feel this is the main tour for Rome and should be included for everyone
