I was dealing with really slow internet speed, maybe because I barely got this device today, but I spoke to customer service about it. I got connected with Mike and he was super patient and amazing. He fixed the issue with tech and I’ve got super fast wi-fi now. Thanks again, Mike!

I have been using a G3 Glocalme since…
I have been using a G3 Glocalme since 2017. It has been wonderful when travelling abroad or for using in the UK where i live. Since the pandemic i haven’t used it but recently went on a weekend away and bought data and tried to use it. For some reason it wasn’t loading webpages and just didnt seem to work so i ended up using hotel wifi. I thought maybe my device was outdated with all the 5G products now. So i contacted Glocalme online about my experience and was messaging with Lucas to ask whether i needed to update my device to a new 5G. He was very helpful and gave me a free data plan to test my G3 again in the UK. It is working fine so possibly it was the area i was in up North that didnt have good wifi reception but i have used my G3 all over the world previously. Anyways, i will see how i get on but i wanted to say thank you to Lucas for his helpfulness.

The product is awesome in general... with such a nice and small device you can provide an internet connection through WiFi for up to 8 devices. It´s easy to configure, easy to use and it´s great that you can buy data for so many countries.
Most of the time we´re travelling in a group from 2-4 people (everyone with smartphone and laptop) and so we can share this connection on trips and out of the hotel where there´s normally internet through hotspots.
Even when you have some issues, the helpdesk from GLocalMe is awesome (especially Diana!) and can fix any problems really quick and friendly.

"Must Have" Travel Companion
Since retiring, my wife and I are doing more traveling than ever...and GlocalMe goes with us wherever we go. Reliable service and it is much cheaper than paying for an extended cellphone plan. We have used it in North America, all over Europe and in the Islands. We have the Duo Turbo and the Sim card comes in handy where Glocal service isn't provided. It also serves as our cottage Wifi as service is not available in our area .
Great service and tech support
We have been using GlocalMe during our travels for 2 years to date, through Canada, the US, the UK and New Zealand. We have rarely experienced any problems but on the couple of occasions we have had difficulty connecting the online service has been quick, efficient and effective. Thanks to Elaine and the tech support for quickly solving our issues.
