I have used GlocalMe in Europe, Asia and North America, for the most part without problems. Customer service on the road, though not much needed, has always been fast and efficient. Thanks Lucas for your speedy help while I was in Tokyo recently to correct a problem when my device, though still working, presented with a lock screen.

I think that Glocal online customer service could be one of the easiest
and best customer service I have had in recent years. I had a few questions about one of my coupons and wanted a little clarification on having multiple packages for a single country and the terms in which they would trigger/expire so I reached out to the support team via the android app and was connected with Lucas. Lucas was was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with a clear and concise yet detailed explanation my packages would work, and when each would kick in. On top of all of that he was able to provide me with a replacement coupon code since the one I had intended to use has recently expired! Over it was a very help and
pain free experience!

Lucus is helping me with my questions. Finally, he even gave me coupon code for data plan.
