I bought bulbs on the Swedish site billigalampor.se. I paid my order directly but NO delivery. No answer on phone, only a stupid robot on chat.

This looks a scam cy. Never got any news on my order and no way to get in touch with them: their whatsap is an "intelligent" (stupid) robot, calls are never answered, Belgian tel no is blocked, emails never replied to.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Luckily I paid with Paypal and they refunded me asap.

DO NOT USE: Very bad service
They advertise next day shipping, items in stock. Once you order suddenly "out of stock". Request to cancel order is simply ignored, no replies to emails, all in violation of Dutch law. Order eventually arrived after 4 weeks.

Don’t order here,..because 99% sure you lose your money.
They not deliver and itis impossible to get into touch with them. They not anwser emails and their telephone number is a chat robot.
